“Absolutely incredible every step of the way. From the first phone call with Tracy, to ordering, to pick up, it felt seamless. (And obviously was WAY easier than the 100 grocery store trips I would have had to do to get the quantity of beef.) But, honestly, nothing beats the quality of the beef. I was blown away. My expectations were high given the previous 5 Star reviews but when you actually get the beef, those expectations are surpassed by miles. I can’t believe that previous to this, what I had been eating. The meat was rich, soft, and in all the same cuts you know and love. And the price per pound cannot be beat!
But I absolutely need to say that Tracy is wonderful! She is truly the heart of this. She made a meat pick up a family event. She let my kids hold baby goats, sit in tractors and gave us a tour of the ranch.
I can’t speak any more highly or Tracy, Silvas natural beef, the experience, and the beef itself.”

“While the shop is small. The service was exceptional. The selection of sausages are always the best. Yes you have to wait in line to get in. But be patient, it is more than worth it. I love thst they have one person take personal care of you.”

“Dropped off a bunch of random game birds to have them made into snack sticks, came out fantastic and done sooner than expected. This is a super cool small family owned butcher shop, I wouldn't hesitate to bring them anything for processing.”

“The meat & seafood counters are unmatched, the deli has great meats, cheeses and sandwiches, the bakery makes the prettiest & yummiest cakes and donuts, plus the chinese food is fresh & scrumptious. The produce is always fresh and looks tasty & all the refrigerated items are suoer cold. The grocery store hires really kind & considerate people. The pharmacy is the BEST, they handle business, get prescriptions done fast (minus the Doctors & rules & regulations, which they have no control over), they don't flinch about ordering special meds and everyone there is so sweet.”

“The best place to buy meat for any BBQ! Hands down, their marinated meats are always consistent, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. We make the drive from Natomas two or three times a month because the quality is worth it every time.

They also have a small produce section if you need to grab some vegetables, along with a great variety of fresh salsas ready to go. Another bonus is that they offer hot food prepared and ready to eat, making it a convenient stop whether you're stocking up for a cookout or just looking for a quick meal.
