Christian has been amazing! Being a martial arts studio owner and instructor for over 40 years I know what a good trainer is. I started my online training with him back in May of this year and I’ve lost 28 lbs in 23 weeks. At age 63 I feel like I’m back in the shape I was in when I was in my 20’s. Over the years I’ve had several personal trainers. I’ve enjoyed Christian’s program the most. His diet plans are perfect for my needs and his choice of workout routines are also great! My goal is to continue to train with him. I can only imagine how much better the experience would be if I could train live with him so he could push me beyond my limits.

I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not for the personal attention given in my training and diet by Christian. Christian is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession, I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone I know!

I have been training with Christian for a while now. He got me to where I wanted to be in a few short months with training and nutrition. I was even allowed cheat meals every week. I cant thank him enough for his knowledge and dedication to help people. Amazing!!!

I started with Christian at Aguirre Fitness in 2018 and it has been a complete life changing experience. Starting with learning how to eat and what to eat to get specific results, and how to workout different body parts for strength and conditioning. Throughout the years training has become a lifestyle that has its ups and downs, but Christian is always there to help motivate you to stay on track and keep going. The coaching is not like big chain gyms, they are unique to the client's body type and goals and modified as needed to get the results desired. Christian is very knowledgeable and is a subject matter expert in his field, so trusting his judgement and recommendations come easy especially when results become so apparent. I would highly recommend Christian and Aguirre Fitness to anyone looking to incorporate a healthy lifestyle change or body building in their lives, it the best online and in-person work out studio!

I’ve been training with Christian Aguirre for years now. I came to him for help with fight conditioning for my fight camps and nutrition planning to make weight for my fights. As a Muay Thai fighter it takes an army to get you into the ring. Christian was very helpful and helped with all my fight camps. He was always on time and always provided professional guidance towards my achievements in and out the ring. When I wasn’t in fight camp we worked on getting stronger and building on the things that I needed to work on. With Coach Christian having all the science down, it made it easy for me to show up and do my job and put in the work. Honestly I can never repay Aguirre Fitness for the time and commitment they have showed me. They are Coaches that lead by example and show you what your capable of. I Highly recommend you pay them a visit to see for yourself.

Jenn Aguirre has been training me since Dec 2020 except for a brief lapse in Jan when I have to deal with COVID. I can easily say she is amazing but that would be an understatement. She invests her time into you, and you will develop partnership in your total health. She customs your training to meet your needs, and if you have any physical limitations she takes and adjust your training to fit those needs. Her training session will to challenge you, but you will soon realize you can do way more than you can think. Along the way you learn so much about not just the individual exercises but the combinations of exercises to maximize your efforts you put into them. Her knowledge in nutrition and in supplements is quite extensive and it her meal plans are custom to you. This is not a cookie cutter plan; she spends the time for you. Each day she sends a motivation video that help gets your mind going in the right direction. I look forward to them each morning. On those especially bad days I will watch them more than once.The Zoom training are very well organized and even though there are others with you, and we all working on different exercises and she watches and corrects us if we are doing something wrong, just like an in person trainer. She comes prepared with our plan, ready to go, and each session she will add new things or new combinations. It keeps you on your toes. And those times you are not training with her, do not think you are free to go, nope, she has a plan for you on those days as well. She want to make sure you are doing the best for yourself seven days a week. She takes the time to answer any question about any exercise and will even demonstrate it. Her knowledge is extraordinary.Along the way, she is supportive, positive, funny and easy to relate with. But she demands us to work, challenge ourselves, find strength we did not know we had, not only physical but mental as well, but she always give more that she demands in return.
