“This review is specifically about the branch manager, Javonnie. She literally saved my day and a stressful situation I was going through with having to close my account due to someone attempting fraudulent activity, and opening a new one. I needed to square the new account away ASAP in order to give my employer my new direct deposit form for my check that was due to hit my old account just a few days later. I walked in the branch and within minutes Javonnie quickly and efficiently took care of everything that I needed, literally wiping away the stress I was going through in just the nick of time.
