I want to recognize my maintenance team, Pierre and Aaron. I just moved in about two months ago, and they have been incredible. They are always prompt and knowledgeable, fixing everything we need with ease. Their kindness and willingness to explain the process make every encounter a positive one. They truly make us feel at home, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication!

We have lived here for almost 2 years. This apartment complex has been an amazing place to live and call home. I'm grateful for the leasing staff who is always kind courteous and engaging. The senior maintenance technician Pierre is absolutely exceptional!! He is ALWAYS positive, smiling, and is willing to say a quick hello and brief conversation to remind us all that we are special and that we all matter. (That's the way he makes me feel). Anyhow, I won't ramble anymore. Just know that the building is awesome, safe, quiet, with really great tenants but the staff is the real Star ⭐!!

I just wanted to share my thoughts about this great place to live! It’s quiet and clean, creating a wonderful environment. The traffic in the area is minimal, which adds to the tranquility. Plus, it’s conveniently located near main highways and grocery stores, making errands a breeze.
The apartments come with air conditioning, and there are ample parking spaces available. The amenities offered are fantastic, and I appreciate the secured entry to the building along with the elevator access.
I also want to commend the maintenance staff, Pierre and Cody—they are friendly, respectful, and respond to maintenance requests promptly and quietly. Additionally, the leasing manager is always professional and respectful, making the leasing process a positive experience.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living environment!

We just moved in to this apartment and they are very nice and accommodating. Our maintenance manager who deals with all the issues his name is Pierre and he was very nice and professional and was very fast with responding to our needs and fixing our apartment.

Overall the place is great this coming June will be 2 years for us, the apartment has always been in good condition, only concerns I have are dog owners do need to have more responsibilities in picking up after their pets, especially in the elevator and hallways, a couple of times I’ve found dog feces on the carpet in the hallway, second time the feces was left for a few days, also noise control, neighbors do need to be consider of others when playing their music, not just noise but also vibration

Pierre and Cody of the maintenance staff are great. Always a smile and asking how I’m doing.We were having problems with people leaving dog poop on the sidewalk in front of the building. (Shame on whoever doesn’t clean up after their dogs). Talked to Pierre and Cody about this and they have taken care of the problem. Clean sidewalks again!

I lived at the Aventine for almost 5 years & went through as many or more changes personally within that time & all I can say is, the AvenTeam as I like to call them were more than accommodating, understanding & helpful. A special thank you to Sarah & Pierre for ALWAYS being so responsive. I hope anyone considering living here receives the same treatment from the team that I did. While the apartments themselves are nice and the maintenance staff is nice that’s about all the positive things I can say about this place. You get no reception here so if you work from home or use your phone a lot, expect to only use wifi. The management team is not compassionate at all, they are a money hungry company and it shows with how they run the apartments. Also, everyone seems to smoke pot and it stinks up the place. I’d say look somewhere else if you want something worth your while.

I have lived here for several months and have had a very positive experience. In particular, leasing manager Sarah is always helpful and responsive to my requests and concerns. She runs a great staff!
