Nick is an excellent trainer who genuinely cares about his clients progression to becoming healthy & strong. He has an amazing gym & adults of all ages. I am so glad I found Nick & highly recommend him!

I initially called Nick 5 months ago because -- despite my best efforts -- I could *not* make myself weight train on my own and I couldn't stand "fitness culture" at most gyms. I told him on our first call that I hated weights, knew I hated weights, but that I knew it was good for me so I was going to give it an honest shot. I made him promise that he would never try to make me *like* it and I told him that I was allergic to any "woo hoo!" or fake enthusiasm type energy in my workouts. He laughed big and was like, "I got you. You're in the right place." He was so right!! I have never stuck with a fitness program in this way before. I'm always glad I went. Nick and the people who come here are amazing. Just a 100% solid, funny, playful, grounded group of folks. They take the workouts seriously but don't take themselves seriously! All kinds of bodies, ages, and levels -- Nick programs for each of us from where we're at. I never once felt embarrassed about not knowing what I was doing -- I think it's impossible to feel embarrassed w/ any of these people because everybody is so warm and funny. Nick just helps you out and keeps it moving. These folks laugh together, talk about real stuff and stupid stuff, get deep into their fitness zone or verbally abuse Nick for sport haha. I truly feel like I got lucky finding this place.

Nick is amazing! He is a great trainer that motivates and pushes you, but he's also a phenomenal person who genuinely cares about all of his clients. Over the year I've been working out with him I've gotten so much stronger, gained a ton of energy, and feel so much more confident. I work from home and the small group sessions are something I look forward to! The people I work out with are encouraging, funny, and kind and on top of being great for my physical health it's been amazing for my mental health as well. I have a lot of old injuries and Nick aways modifies my workout to accomodate while still pushing me to challenge myself. I would 100% recommend you Dedicated 2 Fitness and hope to see you in the gym soon!

I have been attending Nicholas's class for the past three years, and I cannot praise him enough. He is a highly professional coach who never fails to motivate us to achieve our goals. What sets him apart is that he genuinely cares about us as individuals. His classes are incredibly engaging, and the highlight is always his work show. I am grateful to be a part of this group.

Yeah. Nick sucks. But where else are you gonna go to get berated and get fit at the same time? Just kidding... or am I? When I moved to the East Bay, I was in search of a gym despite the fact that I had a home gym that I was proud of during and after Covid. I learned that I'm the type of person who needs to be outside the house working out. I tried a couple gyms within a 20-minute radius, but I wasn't satisfied. I felt deflated (as were my muscles!) because I was done with the large corporate gyms and the smaller gyms felt a bit clique-ish, and that wasn't the energy I was going for. Introduce D2F...Dedicated to Fitness. Nick, the owner, called me and we spoke about goals and such. We made an appointment to assess my fitness level and to check out the gym itself. I walked in and low and behold, it was a straight up gym in the middle of Rodeo...who woulda thunk it?! I easily get wooed by shiny and new things, so I was very careful when I decided that this was gonna be my gym. After a few sessions and getting to know Nick, I for sure know that D2F is my gym. It's definitely not clique-y; the people go there to work out and it's not a competitive atmosphere where people wanna show out. That's an immediate gag for me, and not the good kind, either. Haha. Nick is great when he's not talking crap to you in your face, but when he does, I always laugh because life is way too fun to be serious all the time. I've been part of his gym for a year now, damn, time flies when you're having fun and getting fit at the same time. Nick has been in the fitness game for 20 plus years, so I wasn't just gonna throw my money at someone who didn't know what they were doing. Please don't join this gym if you've got a stick up your butt because you might get offended. Real, fun people only! Yes, I'm gatekeeping!

Don't wait, this will be the best decision you will make! Here's my story: I already was an avid fitness person. Until things took a turn and had to recalibrate my life. I am always extremely tired from work that I was starving myself to compensate. I needed accountability, and stumbled upon Dedicated 2 Fitness. Nick is amazing, not just as a trainer, but as a human being. He goes above and beyond. He works with you to achieve your goals and holds you accountable for it. He doesn't coddle you, but doesn't give tough love either. He understands every one has a unique situation, but one thing remains constant: he just wants you to succeed. He can't do all of the work; he will be your guide, and as long as you do your part, there's no doubt you will achieve your goals. As far as the gym environment, everyone is very welcoming. The clientele is a culmination of a bunch of fun characters and it is always fun to come in and workout. You get motivated every time. Not only do you have people pushing you to do better, you have cheerleaders who believe in you, and also free therapy sessions when you just want to vent out about life. And Nick is the center of it all.

On and off over the past decade I have worked with Nick, the owner/operate of Dedicated 2 Fitness. Nick is very passionate and knowledgeable about fitness and how to help each client obtain their specific goals. He will remind you that you get out of it what you put in it. The atmosphere he creates in his gym is welcoming, non-judgmental, and hard work pays off. I have dropped close to 100 pounds and continued to keep it off with his guidance and motivation. Strongly recommend him if you are looking for next level in your fitness and nutrition journey

If you're looking to get your health and fitness back on track, Nick at Dedicated 2 Fitness has got you covered! He's extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work and he truly cares about his clients -- I cannot recommend him enough. From the moment I started he provided me with the guidance, support, and expertise I needed. Nick has a really good understanding of nutrition, which allowed him to tailor a personalized workout and rough diet plan that perfectly suited my needs. What truly sets D2F apart is the unwavering dedication and commitment to our success. He consistently pushes us beyond our comfort zone, encouraging us to surpass our limits which is just what I needed. Lastly, everyone is really nice and made me feel welcomed from the get-go. 100% recommend!

I started training with Nick back in 2019 when I was about to graduate from middle school and enter high school. I wanted to find a hobby where I could alleviate my stress from school and find a place to cope with my mental health. It didn't take long for my parents to take me to Dedicated 2 Fitness, since my sister had been training there and I wanted to know what it was like there. On my first day, Nick made me feel so welcomed and accepted while treating me with the upmost hospitality. It was a new environment for me to adapt to, and I adapted to it quickly. I'm delighted with Nick's continuous efforts to make sure that his clients focus on their strength training routines and nutrition plans in order to be the best and healthiest versions of themselves. Nick has encouraged me to be a more confident and goal-driven person through multiple workout routines to test my strength and nutrition plans to improve my physical and mental health. And I can say for sure that I have benefited from those efforts that I have made and can view myself as a totally different person than who I was originally before I came to Dedicated 2 Fitness. Thank you Nick, you're the best person I could ever meet!

I started training with Nick end of July 2022.And man can I say that it is one of the best decisions I have made.I gained unwanted weight during COVID; I was not able to fit into the clothes that I had. Working from home did not help this situation. I am at a desk all day - movement includes me walking up and down the stairs for coffee, lunch, letting my dog out, etc. Clear to say I was not meeting the daily steps needed or exercise at that.If you need:- Someone to hold you accountable- Someone to plan out your workouts- A place that motivates you- People that motivate you- Guidance on how to eat healthilyThen you should reach out to Nick and sign up for Dedicated 2 Fitness.Since starting, I have gained:- Muscle! I use to put a huge emphasis on getting slim...but now I value strength so much more.- Healthy eating habits - this was the hardest part for me because I am a huge snacker. Nick makes this part so easy! Counting macros sounds scary..but the way he breaks it down for his clients is super simplified and easy to follow. It's one of those things - if I can, then you can :) Also, I am terrible at math, so this says a lot.- Being around awesome people!! I initially thought I only wanted 1:1 sessions, but Nick's set up totally changed my mind. I am surrounded by fun, motivated, encouraging individuals every single day! I love being able to work on my set, but also be able to look around and see others just killing it on theirs. It is motivating to see and it pushes me to try just a little harder every day that I am there.- A trainer who genuinely cares about his clients. One thing I appreciate most about Nick is that he is extremely solution-oriented - anytime I had an issue (e.g. headaches, or lack of grip on my weights), he would always come up with a solution.Re-emphasizing - hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I reached out to Nick about 6 months ago now and I'm so glad I did. I had gained weight throughout the COVID pandemic (5'3", female, 32 years old, 153 lbs) and wasn't feeling great - Doordashing, drinking, no motivation to do anything, lower back pain.. it was bad. I had never worked with a trainer prior to Nick and to be honest, was very hesitant about committing to ANY exercise routine that I'd be held accountable for. Fast forward 6 months and I've crushed my weight goal (down 30 lbs, lost 11% bodyfat)!! Nick customizes the workouts and provides a flexible nutrition guide that's easy to follow but most importantly, he genuinely cares about the people he works with and wants them to succeed. That's evident in his daily encouragement, check-ins, and overall attentiveness. Nick is a master of his craft! Ask him a fitness, muscle, or nutrition related question and he gets into the science and definitions. Definitely impressed with my results and his ability to inspire a healthy, active lifestyle beyond the gym! I appreciate the reminders to challenge myself - it's what I need and I'm confident I'll continue making and breaking my goals with Nick there to support me each step of the way. Thanks Nick!! :D

Best personal Trainor ever!! Nick has helped me surpass my goal weight within 6months. I lost total of 35 lbs with Nick's support, guidance on food, and different weekly workouts he provides. He is a professional and fun torturer, I mean Trainer. He has truly helped me rebuild my confidence in my body and myself. Also, D2F has a great community of people that helps make the work out fun. This is a great gym, I've lost over 20lbs in less than 6 months and gained a lot of muscle. I've lost 4" off my waist. Nick is a talented fitness expert who cares about his clients. His workout routines are never boring, he rotates them on a regular basis and provides customized workouts to target fitness levels. The gym is full of great people, which makes the workouts a lot of fun!

If you want to get in shape and meet some amazing people, Dedicated 2 Fitness is the place. Nick has 20 years of experience training and knows what works. Nick will take the time to understand your goals, nutrition needs, and physical ability when you start. He will create a plan that works for you.Additionally, the new space is only a year old, super clean, and all new equipment.Now, the most important part...the people that work out here are awesome. Nick fosters a fun, supportive environment. You will look forward to going to the gym to see your friends, even if you don't feel like working out. And let's be honest...the hardest part is just showing up.

Love this gym! I have tried everything to lose weight and nothing really worked or stuck like Nick's program. I lost 135 lbs on a little less than a year. Changed my life forever. It is not easy, but worth it. Nick knows how to change up routines, motivate, and change your life for the better. It takes discipline and hard work; but with his friendly demeanor and family oriented environment, everyone there helps keeps you motivated for success. Best investment in my life!
