If there was an option for no star, that would be my selection. I brought a brand new dress in to get hemmed and the female owner ruined my dress! The hemming was uneven and she refused to fix the issue.. she stated that she didn’t “have time” to fix it and told me to “go someplace else to fix” and refunded me. Disgusted that she didn’t attempt to fix the issue that she caused. I had planned to wear this specific dress to a wedding but did not have time to take the dress elsewhere to have fixed, therefore had to get a new dress. I was a loyal customer but not going back to this place again.

With the closure of my regular dry cleaning place, I went to them next to the wellsfargo bank. The female was not friendly nor pleasant. I brought my suit on a Monday and she gave me Saturday for pick up. I requested Friday , she just placed Friday after 5pm . Acted mean and must be having problems with orders . First and last visit for me .

Unfortunately the service here sucks! Came here a couple of times before but the lady is just plain rude! Told me she could help me after spending 5 minutes with a skirt that needed some alterations . Felt like she was just plain rude! No one should waste their time here .

Man, Park Lake Cleaners was a total letdown. The customer service? Didn't it the mark. I felt like I was bothering them just by walking in. No smiles, no greetings--just straight-up apathy. And don't even get me started on the prices. I dropped off a couple of shirts thinking it's a routine thing, and bam, they hit me with a bill that felt like a punch in the gut. It also, took 2 weeks to finish 3 white shirts. The whole vibe of the place screams unprofessional. It's like they don't care about the appearance or creating a decent customer experience. It's frustrating when you drop your hard-earned cash on a service that turns out to be a total disappointment. Hard pass

The female Asian owner was very racist, and mean! I brought in two jumpsuits to hem and she told me one would be 14 dollars to hem and the other was going to be twenty. I asked why the multi colored one would be more and she said the legs were wider. Then she measured them in front of me and they were the exact same width. So I said, ok then they should both be 14 dollars. She then said she wouldn't bargain with me and I could take them back. So since it waa close to where my sister lives and I was visiting, I reluctantly agreed to leave them. But when my sister found out how badly I was treated she mademe go back and get them. I am very glad I did! If you're Black, don't go there! When I got back to my sister's, my cousin was there and asked what was wrong and when I told him, he said he had been treated badly by her husband when he went there. Don't give them your business, hateful people!!

Horrible owner! Disrespectful and mean from the begining. After getting measured for hems on two separate jumpsuits, she gave me different prices for each. I asked why? She said because the width on one was bigger, then measured it, saw they were the same and said she wouldn't change the price and I could go elsewhere. Clearly a racist and acted like she was doing me a favor. I'll never go back! Then found out my male cousin had gone there in the past and had experienced the same thing! If I could give them zero stars I would. My sister convinced me to go back and retrieve my clothes which I did. If you like being treated badly, go there!!

I dont recommend this business. Its too expensive here and even though you did business with them before, they even wont consider you having a little discount. Their prices for alterations were way too expensive and unreasonable. Not coming back

Dropped off brand new dress shirt and pants straight out of the package. Asked for them to pressed and starched. Got back dirty and unstarched clothes.
