I've never been inside this store but I can't say nothing but GREAT things about the employees that work curbside!!! Every time, for the exception of 1 person, I've been greeted by a happy, kind, friendly and helpful employee. Great job on hiring the right people for the job!

I have never been through a situation as embarrassing as today in this supermarket where I waited more than 10 minutes to be served and the lady who was supposed to serve me in the deli area simply ignored me knowing I was there because she was looking at me from afar and did not attend to me and went answering another person, I made sure she was responsible for the area by asking other attendants who were uncomfortable with the lady's attitude, thank you to the guy who helped me, he was super polite and helped me. I reported this to the manager and hope to get feedback on the matter!

The store is generally always in good condition clean well spot and has friendly employees. It's unfortunate that the store and the employees are subjected to the transient population who because of some grandiose sense of entitlement, pose a hazard to not only themselves, but the employees & other customers. But what I can say is, the team at this location always seems to handle the situations professionally, without demeaning, posturing or becoming physical with the perpetrator even when the perpetrator is trying to be physical with them. The team at this location are courteous, aware, & show a good professional show of force as they try to discourage theft at their location.

Very packed parking lot! as a handicap person, cars not identified as handicap are parking in slots.
No Alcohol sales except for one cashier at the liquor and other hi value section, waiting for peeps with full carts and buying one beer can test some patients.

After wandering around for 10 minutes looking for what I need, and an additional 5 minutes looking for somebody to help, they claim they don't have plant-based milk at this Safeway. If that's true, it's an extremely strange Safeway, especially for one this size, in the Bay Area. Either way, I won't bother stopping at this one again.

What a nice store! Very clean, fully stocked, and we found everything we needed. Service was also very good. The parking is challenging as there is not much space between parking spots.

No one answers the phone at the flower department. I got transferred 3 times from customer service and during the last time when the phone goes back to them, they stopped answering. Probably not answering on purpose to avoid me asking about the flower department again.

It's the big Safeway and it's laid out in a way that is great for not getting lost the security guard acts like he can't speak English but other than that it's a nice story very clean customer service is great.

Parking is terrible here but not only that every single time I show up to this place I find issues. 0-1 checkout lines open, empty shelves, tripping hazards, employees block the aisles with carts, uninformed employees, employees having phone conversations on the sales floor, poor quality produce. Just a complete mess. For darn sake’s I couldn’t even find a bag to bag my produce. What happened to the days when Safeway was outstanding. When stocking took place when the store was closed & not while customers are shopping. It’s been an issue since they opened and management has yet to correct any of the problems here years after.

Clean, many items. No handicap carts had to go to Lucky's supermarket. Will be shopping at Lucky's from now on.

This is relatively NEW Safeway and I will never understand the parking lot! Why build so many businesses in way too small of a lot? I am sure Safeway has enough money to build another parking level.PLUS I decided I didn’t need my shopping cart and while my husband waited in the long lines I went to return to the cart area. WRONG! Unbeknownst to me, the cart would not go outside until it went through a register so it got stuck in the doorway. Then I went over to customer service to complain and explain and no one ever came to assist.However, Still better than the El Cerrito Safeway.
