Went in to see about renting a storage. The person at the desk Pam, was very knowledgeable , friendly and very helpful. I love the security measures that are in place there. Also very clean and good sizes storages

When I realized that there was a storage in Hercules I was happier than I could imagineThen to find out just how efficient the staff was and so helpful, well who could ask for more. The security system they use makes storing things so easy and safe. It's so clean. I'm so satisfied with this Storelocal!!!

We needed a storage place for a few months and we ended up having a wonderful experience at this location. The facility was new, well maintained, and the customer service level we received from their employee Chris was off the charts! Thanks Chris for all your assistance during our time there. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Wow! Customer service is the best here.Chris helped me out from day 1 when I was just inquiring.He made sure I got all the information I need & showed me multiple units so I can have options.Besides the excellent CS experience the facility is also very modern & clean. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a storage facility.
