ernesto was great. he hooked me up with a plug as a favor and priced out a new set at a rate that was basically manufacturer cost plus install. i spent 2 hrs there on pricing and trying to figure things out but he never made me feel rushed and in the end i didnt pay a cent today. ill be back to get the set. thank you, you got a customer for life

I made a 3 pm appointment to check flat tire, I was there at 2:55 and still no one help me till 3:50, there was a guy no appointment and arrived early but got helped. I felt this place is very under management. The staffs looked like have so many fun work there, and there was no sober manger there. I highly recommend the business owner take some time to check this situation

I was here in town for a conference and got a flat tire. I came to this shop and Levi was amazing and helped me out so much! I appreciate how kind and helpful everyone that worked there was. I highly recommend!!

These guys are excellent. One of my tires had lost some air, so I brought my car in for an inspection. Even though they were really busy, they completed the work quickly and then told me I didn't need to spend any money on repairs. Everyone was really friendly too. Will definitely come back here with any future tire issues.

Been a customer for almost 20 years. Took my car for new tier and alignment. Saleem told me it would take about an hour. Thus, I decided to wait nearby instead of trying to get home. He said he would call me when the car was ready. 2 hours and no call. Went to the shop, just to find out if it was ready. Nope, still needed alignment. He said 20 minutes… okay.. came back 40 minutes later to find not done. Sat in the waiting area and waited for it to be done. Once done had to wait more because they parked a car behind mine for a nail in the tire fix and I had to wait for the repair. I could have found a way home and got some work done. Poor expectation setting and poor customer service. Sad to see. Great experiences in the past!!

Great team and friendly. Front the front desk to the mechanics. Great prices too. They took care of a nail in one tire and replaced the 2nd tire with a nail in the sidewall very fast. Highly recommend this location and team.

Been here twice - first time was tire replacement and today was new tire sensors. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful both times and they work quickly. I’ll keep coming back. Thanks again!

American Tire in Hermosa Beach have always treated my wife and I with honesty and integrity. We’ve recently had a lot of construction on our street which resulted in both our cars getting nails. The front desk lady was super sweet and took care of both tires at no charge! A true smile on our faces to have a business like that nearby. Thank you very much :-)
