“I just moved here and got California plates, but the bolts to my old plates were rusted on, and I didn't have the right tools. I stopped by on a busy morning and they took 30 minutes out of their day to properly get them off and mount the new plates on, and they didn't charge me for the time, even though I offered. “Mr. Garcia replaced my Audi’s rear window after my car got vandalized in April. He suggested an affordable glass and ordered the part faster than any other repair shop said they could, and he accommodated me last minute as I needed to leave for a road trip. Mr. Garcia replaced it within an hour… I couldn’t believe it. He is hard working, SO kind, and he made sure I was 100% happy. After he installed it, I asked if the window could be lowered, and just to make sure it was at its lowest he took it apart and redid it. Mr. Garcia, you are great. Thank you.”

“I called Reza yesterday and he scheduled a technician to come to me this morning to repair my windshield. My window cracked on Friday and it was spreading rapidly. The pricing was fair and the work was stellar. Francesco was on time and got the job done in time for me to get to work on time! My neighbor is even calling them now to switch a windshield on his BMW.
Reza was very patient with me answering all of my questions and concerns especially about time. Would highly recommend!!”

“Alex was amazing (shout out to Jerry, too)! I'm sure not all shops love taking on (or will) a motorcycle project such as mine, but Alex did and did an amazing job. We made sure we had the exact color I wanted and did racing stripes on my tank, fairing and seat I made from scratch (and also the front fender), and the bike looks show room ready. Alex and the team were relentless on the fine body work as well as if he took a real personal interest in my project as you would do for your friend. He even made the stripes smooth, not raised, which I said I didn't care about, but he went ahead and did that detail (that my bike friend was impressed by) anyway. After I paid (which stayed within original budget and was a great price), was loaded up and on my way, I sort of bumped into Jerry who wasn't really involved in my project, we had a quick laugh about something, I told him I loved the result, and he gave me a quick look and a smile and said, "yeah, he really went above and beyond on this one." “These guys are GREAT - it's a small local business owned by a father and son, and they did a FANTASTIC job! I brought in a 20+ year old car with a badly sandblasted windshield that also had chronic water leakage, probably caused by a bad previous repair. It turned out the metal frame under the windshield was rusted badly. They were able to grind off the rust, patch the frame and coat it with rust converting primer, properly install a new windshield with trim, seal it, and even touch up the factory paint! They protected the car and kept it clean the whole time. Best of all Carlos kept in touch with me every step of the way, with progress photos and fast responses to my questions over text. They really took care of me and took a lot of pride in their work. The whole thing took only a day and was very reasonably priced. 10/10, I highly recommend South Bay Auto Glass!”

It’s Christmas Eve and Joe had come over to where my car was. Amazing. He will bring the service to you. I called the day earlier and we set the date for the following day. No need to bring it into a shop and wait 2 hours to get it done. He will do it right on spot.
Efficiently took care of a stone chip I got driving across the country. I had driven from Toronto to LA. At first I tried a couple shops, but they mainly dealt with windshield replacements. The shop referred me to Joe where he had done a speedy great job and now I don’t have to worry about the windshield for my drive back. Obviously it is a preventative measure to avoid replacing a whole windshield.
Definitely would recommend!

“I first came here for a small repair on a windshield when the owner informed me that the wrong windshield had been installed on my car. It was still under warranty so I called the original installer who screamed at me and told me I didn't know anything.Unfortunately, I had to take him to small claims.
When I needed some documentation for the court case Chito's Mobile Glass was very helpful and gave me the info I needed. By the time the court case was said and done (I won btw) another window went out. Chitos gave me a quote but I simply couldn't afford it (I live on SSI) but I am forever grateful to the owner and his wife for all of their help. They're very kind and informative. If you want the job done right the first time go to Chitos.”

“We took our black 2022 Tesla Modely Y in to have the front bumper & hood repaired after the vehicle struck road debris thrown up by another vehicle ahead. South Bay Body Shop did an outstaning job in getting the color matched & blended with the rest of the car which can be tricky with that color. My wife is quite fastidious & has a very sharp eye for detail & she was really impressed by the completed work which was a tremendous relief! Thank you South Bay Body Shop!”

Some of the worst service I’ve ever received at an auto body. I got my door fixed here a few years after a hit and run. I pointed out it wasn’t aligned properly when I picked it up and the mechanic giving me back my car pushed on it and said “it’s fine”. It has given me issues ever since and I have just had my last straw. Absolutely disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend going here, especially if you are a woman, it is a stereotypical situation where they don’t listen to us here.”

“I found Fix Auto through Tesla because I needed an estimate for a scratch on my car. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I called to make an appointment and they asked me to stop by the same day. Ana looked at my car and offered to buff out the scratch for free! My Tesla looked like new again and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Their service is top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone who lives on the Westside or in the South Bay!”
“I've been coming here for as long as I can remember. Javier is very friendly and they have the best price for fixing wheels. My wife nicked my 3 piece wheel lip and they repaired it perfectly. Sure it's not 100% perfect but it's better than having a chunk missing from the lip. Sometimes I can't even find the repair spot unless I look for it really hard. Will come back for any future wheel repair needs.”

“Amazing service from Abiel, needed my passenger side view mirror repaired. Went on Thursday, explained he could not do same day do to needing to order the mirror piece. Arrived Saturday to get it repaired was done in less than 30 minutes, very happy with the service and at a reasonable price. Will be going back, said he is able to paint and buff a couple of scratches on the door .”
“Called before coming to make sure they had the driver side window of my vehicle so I wouldn’t have to wait. They tell me they do have it in stock, I get there and after pulling apart my car door, I come to find out they don’t have it in stock and I had to wait over 2 hours for it arrive. After it does get here the install was quick and put on perfectly looks like nothing ever happened. Customer service was good tho”
“This is a family business. The owner is genuine and kind which is truly rare. He is most of all HONEST and helps with issues that are not in his scope of work. He has worked on our class A commercial building in Santa Monica and we get daily compliments of our beautiful building. I work with many vendors as a property manager and he is the most responsive, reliable and checks on the jobs himself. He has done Flashing, shadow glass windows and caulking. When we contacted them, the staff was very friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and provided us with a detailed estimate. We made an appointment and brought our car in for the repair.
They told us it would take anywhere from one to three days, but our car was finished in the day we brought in our car! The repair turned out perfectly, and we were very happy with the result.
We would definitely come back to this shop if we ever need repairs again. We highly recommend them and would be happy to recommend them to our friends and family!”
