They truly exceeded our expectations every step of the way.I requested their services for our wedding really late in the game, but they were willing to work with us — and made it so easy and pleasant. They were always quick to respond and give me detailed feedback and cost estimates. I had a vision for the bouquets, boutonnières and table arrangements — they brought it to life even better than I could’ve imagined.They helped me pick the most stunning flowers and plants that were in season, available and within budget. They delivered them early to our hotel rooms and reception venue. I actually wanted to cry when I saw them. They were beyond perfect — exquisite and detailed… all the way down to the ribbon. Then they even set them up on the reception tables, carefully placed the loose flowers on our cake, and helped the guys pin on their boutonnières!The team at Mitsuko Floral really went above and beyond… and couldn’t have been more helpful and amazing throughout the entire process. “I found Flowers for Felicia to get flowers for an anniversary. I placed an order online which was quick and simple.It turned out there was an error on the site and the store wasn’t meant to be open that day. When the owner called me I offered to cancel and make other arrangements but they insisted on coming through for us despite it being a day they weren’t meant to be open.The flowers were beautiful. I’ll definitely be back!”
“I am a 3rd time very satisfied customer!!! Nellie's craft. skills and customer service is bar none 2nd to none!!! on Valentine's Day I took my chances and stopped by her place after work for last minute flowers. Altho its probably one of her busiest days she still found the time to show me what she had left, Ofcourse it's only the biggest arrangements and I thought would be out of my budget! i Was wrong So I took 2, one for my wife & one for my mother in law. Both so beautiful that they looked fake! My mother in law loved it so much she shed a tear. Sadly 2 days later she passed away unexpectedly. Now I'm going back to her for funeral arrangement flower! I decided to order locally and am I so so happy that I did. David helped me out......he listened to what I was envisioning, selected yellow flowers as I requested, with a touch of color. “It was my first time ordering from Bloom House and Patty for a condolences arrangement for a friend. I didn't want anything white and instead wanted something tasteful with colors. I placed the order on Sunday online and at 9am Monday, Patty confirmed my order via text. She put my mind at ease by connecting with the recipient to ensure they were home. Patty also went above and beyond with this arrangement and she was so generous with the variety of flowers. I love artistic and unusual arrangements and Patty's artistry fits the bill. “this place was nirvana for me. absolutely gorgeous, fresh, and usual flowers! and the owner took the time out of his schedule to make me a extraordinary custom arrangement! and i mean EXTRAORDINARY arrangement with a king protea (!!!) and roses and flowering branches! i hesitate leaving this review. because now EVERYONE is going to discover this hidden gem of a joint and there will be a line down the block! but that's a good thing so i must share this place with everyone. and, the truth is, i'd stand in a long line if necessary because it would be worth it. “I no longer use websites like 1.800...flo... the flowers delivered were usually no where in comparison to the photos online or worth the price. Now I make it it a point to research florist located near the recipient. With this being said, I recently needed same day delivery service of roses, in the Los Angeles-Windsor Hills area, and came across this local, family, small business florist, J&Y Flowers. I called and spoke with John. He was helpful, kind and patient. Everything he promised to do...was done, including sending me a photo of the flowers before they were delivered. They were delivered within the promised time and the recipient of the flowers loved them and commented as to how beautiful the roses are. I highly recommend them and I will order from them in the future.”
“I was looking for flowers to place on my loved ones' graves, and I randomly went into Growing Wild to inquire about them. The shopkeeper was super kind and made some beautiful bouquets with roses, tulips, and a bunch of other flowers I didn't know the names of (but gorgeous nonetheless)! She even packed them into a box for easy transport, which was much-needed! Total was $65 for two bouquets, which was reasonable and I'm really glad how they turned out. My loved ones would've been happy with these flowers. :)”

I called right after the close and Jamie was still there. She apologized said she would make up a bouquet and she would personally drive it over herself. Hard to beat that.”
