The young lady is amazing all the way from her work ethic to her customer service skills. She was alone managing multiple people at once and still giving it her all. I did have to wait until it was my turn as people were in front of me and I was technically a walk in but I am not complaining I completely understand and I will be back. Thank you!”

The staff provide excellent service for shipping, include packaging materials if you are mailing parcels (boxes), and they work with all of the major services if you prefer having faster shipping or like a particular service. 10/10, would recommend!”

“Last year my artist step dad passed away he left me his last painting. I was a need to mail painting to Brooklyn from LA however I couldn’t think of how to mail a painting. I couldn’t take it on the plane. I couldn’t take it to FedEx. They didn’t have the right size box so I found this nice mailbox shipping store. I asked them could they do it and they took over the whole project made a box for the specific dimensions, Bubble wrapped it to make sure it will be safe to travel all the way to Brooklyn, New York from Los Angeles.. “I've had a box here for 4 years. Never a problem. The owner is a great guy. Funny reading some bad reviews here considering I've never had a problem and always received great customer service. Sometimes customers are stupid and I don't blame the owner for not caring about them. If you look at the bad reviewers you can often see they give bad reviews to everybody. For some reason they like causing pain onto others. Should see a psychologist for help instead of lashing out at people just making a living. Life is short. Get a life disgruntled customers.”

“I was only looking for a short-term (3-month) PO Box rental. We were having delivery issues at my place and, with the holidays approaching and my being out of town, decided to ensure a secure place for my mail/packages. Fast forward a year later. I still have my box! Here's why: 1) I love the fact you don't have to give folks your real address; 2) 24-hour access to obtain your mail; 3) one-stop shop for copies, faxes, mailings, package deliveries; and 4) their customer service is beyond great! They even called me when, on both occasions, when people sent me Cinnabons for my birthday! Love this place!”

“I called in crisis for my stepdad in need of notary service for his dad’s medical information. It was 20 mins until the store closed so I expected no luck for same day but was hoping that we could notarize it in the morning. I spoke with Glen and immediately let him know my step dad’s dilemma, I told him I understood that they were closing and I told him the timeframe we had to get this info notarized. Glen then offered with no hesitation to stay late so that my dad could come and get this taken care of. He went out of his way to do this for my family. He was NOT asked to! Glen is a phenomenal person and a phenomenal member of the team at this store. He spoke to me with empathy and just overall kindness. My stepdad successfully got his affairs in order all because of Glen! Sometimes we forget how far kindness can stretch. The world needs more people like him that can change the perspective of how we perceive customer service, empathy, respect, and kindness. If he isn’t already a manager or owner? He should be! And this is the only shipping center I've ever visited that weighs your letter or package, then presents the customer with a visual matrix of pricing and options across all the major shipping companies: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc. That really blew me away. I've never seen that before!”
