“Fantastic service. And this is the only shipping center I've ever visited that weighs your letter or package, then presents the customer with a visual matrix of pricing and options across all the major shipping companies: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc. That really blew me away. I've never seen that before!”

“Talon, your personnel was amazing. I created a pamphlet/passport in Canva at 3am and thought I'd done it right for it to print without any problems but that wasn't the case. Talon meticulously rearranged until I was able to print the finished product that I envisioned. Thanks Talon. I always get such great service from this UPS Store. I thought this was the case of all the stores but I was told no by someone who has worked at other UPS stores. Keep up the good work!”

“Wow! The employee turnaround from when I first came to this UPS Store is amazing—talk about a 180! The difference in the atmosphere and customer service is remarkable. The employees were incredibly friendly, greeting customers and offering assistance. And Alfredo—wow! Someone please make him a manager and give him a huge raise! He was extremely helpful, and his appearance was exceptionally well kept and professional. His customer service really stood out and made a wonderful impression. Whoever was responsible for making these positive changes deserves a handshake from me! It is employees like Alfredo and the rest of the team who make customers want to come back.”

6201 W 87th St, Los Angeles CA 90045
“Really convenient little shop with super friendly and helpful customer service. They handle shipments via FedEx and USPS Ground, which makes it easy to get things out quickly. Just keep in mind this is an affiliated location, not a full FedEx store, so if you’re looking for special FedEx rates or full services, you’ll need to go to a main FedEx location. For everyday shipping needs though, this spot is quick, easy, and reliable. Parking could be tricky, but there is a big strip mall just behind the corner”

“I am going out of my way to write a review today which I barely ever do because the customer service was so incredible. Iris spent more than enough time on my shipping dilemma with Adrian in tow. The two of them problem solved and went so far out of their way to help me and I really appreciate it. The girls in there were helpful too. I will make it a point to do all of my shipping business in this location. Thank you guys for brightening my day and being kind humans!!”

“Great customer service. Christian really saved the day for me as I lost the tracking receipt for a package that I was sending overseas. “Went there yesterday to drop off FedEx overnight package, was my first time using them for shipping so was a bit hesitant but went very well. They were somewhat busy, about 3 ppl (including myself) in line with another being attended to and the attendant behind the counter recognize i had a pre-paid label and called me to the front so I can be served immediately. He then proceeded to get me a receipt and I was on my way. Great customer service, love small businesses and will definitely use in the future.”

“Ryley deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly her own TED Talk on customer service. 😂 We walked in as two visually impaired people needing a notary, which quickly turned into, “Oh, and we need this printed… and help with this… and where do we sign… and what pen are we even using?” 😂 Ryley handled ALL OF IT while somehow still managing the counter and helping everyone else. She figured out what pen felt easiest for us to write with, physically guided our fingers to the signature lines, explained everything without ever making us feel rushed or like we were asking for too much, and genuinely took all the pressure out of the situation. Accessibility without making it awkward is an ART, and Ryley absolutely nailed it. By the time we left, I was like… wait, why am I suddenly looking forward to my next notary appointment?! 😂 Seriously, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Protect Ryley at all costs. Give this woman the $250 Amazon gift card AND employee of the month. 😂❤”

“Had to ship a set of 4 wheels/tires for a sale on ebay and they were very helpful in figuring out the best way to package the large, heavy items to minimize my cost. They spent time to work with me to optimize the shipment of the 4 tires by packaging some of them together and others separate to get the lowest cost possible, including finding some discounts to apply. While it was still very expensive and I would not recommend trying to ship tires in general, the folks here very friendly, helpful, and patient in giving me options and working to get what I could within UPS's cost structure.”

“I was only looking for a short-term (3-month) PO Box rental. We were having delivery issues at my place and, with the holidays approaching and my being out of town, decided to ensure a secure place for my mail/packages. Fast forward a year later. I still have my box! Here's why: 1) I love the fact you don't have to give folks your real address; 2) 24-hour access to obtain your mail; 3) one-stop shop for copies, faxes, mailings, package deliveries; and 4) their customer service is beyond great! They even called me when, on both occasions, when people sent me Cinnabons for my birthday! Love this place!”
