“I drove pretty far to come here but it was all worth it. I arrived at 3pm there was only 2-3 people ahead of me. Very clean and nice quiet area. The young lady is amazing all the way from her work ethic to her customer service skills. She was alone managing multiple people at once and still giving it her all. I did have to wait until it was my turn as people were in front of me and I was technically a walk in but I am not complaining I completely understand and I will be back. Thank you!”

“Quick and easy service! Usually when I get something delivered I'm standing there awkwardly until someone notices me. When I entered this UPS store I was greeted with a friendly smile and was helped immediately! They got me in and out in no time! I will definitely be coming back to have more services done!!”

“Really convenient little shop with super friendly and helpful customer service. They handle shipments via FedEx and USPS Ground, which makes it easy to get things out quickly. Just keep in mind this is an affiliated location, not a full FedEx store, so if you’re looking for special FedEx rates or full services, you’ll need to go to a main FedEx location. For everyday shipping needs though, this spot is quick, easy, and reliable.
Parking could be tricky, but there is a big strip mall just behind the corner”

When I made a shipping mistake (package originating on the East Coast and destined for Marina Del Ray), both Nubia and Anabelle went above and beyond to help me rectify the issue. They took time to get internal information and share options with me to ensure my mistake was not an expensive one (time or money). They were patient and kept me informed of updates via phone. “Went there yesterday to drop off FedEx overnight package, was my first time using them for shipping so was a bit hesitant but went very well. They were somewhat busy, about 3 ppl (including myself) in line with another being attended to and the attendant behind the counter recognize i had a pre-paid label and called me to the front so I can be served immediately. He then proceeded to get me a receipt and I was on my way. Great customer service, love small businesses and will definitely use in the future.”

“Small but mighty. Yes, parking is difficult in this small UPS location, but their service makes up for it. I used a location in my town and they were awful, always lost my packages. With this one I never have an issue so drive the extra time for the reliability.”
