I've had a CVS card for 20 years. This store says I don't have a number. Oh wait maybe their system is down. Do they give me my discount anyway? No they suck go to a different store!

Awful. This is a pharmacy where I get (or used to get) my medical suppies. They post that no pets are allowed in the store, but they do nothing to discourage entitled individuals that put their animals ahead of legitimate handicapped individuals. Check out the carpet in this CVS. It is strafed with animal urine spots EVERYWHERE. It is unfair for businesses to expect minimum wage employees to clean up after pets. Legimate service animals go thru extensive training and cost a lot to honestly impacted people. Is iot to much to ask?

You cannot count on them for prescriptions. Too many times Ihave been told we do not have this will have to order, today they called my Dr to prescribe an alternative. I had her place it at another pharmacy who had the medication, time to leave CVS after 30 years.

Jun Park is the best. He's always smiling, always super patient (even with our active toddler), and just a great guy all around. So happy he's our local pharmacist!

Pharmacy is super nice, and their cashiers usually are, but tonight they unexpectedly closed early and the workers had a poor attitude and even over the intercom said they were closing snarkily after we entered and other younger workers proceeded to giggle at the announcement. Just very unwelcoming and they locked the doors 15 min prior to closing which would be fine if it wasn't for the sass Idk maybe they're just bummed about working New Year's Eve weekend

so sad try to get help on Monday for a prescription. No one got back to me. I'm glad I'm a pretty healthy person or else I would've been dead already. Don't understand what is going on with our healthcare system and CVS not a good experience unfortunately tried trying to be positive about it but every time something ridiculous happens. Whatever happened to good service.

F@CK YOU CVS! You have lost my business forever. How many times are you going to robocall me for each prescription? I must get 100 calls a month from you mother f@ckers.

This is by far the worst cvs on the planet. Constantly have prescriptions wrong and not ready. I don't know how it stays in business really.

I get that it's COVID, and perhaps pharmacy workers qualify as front line to some extent, as much as grocery store personnel or the food delivery folks, but that does not give them the right to cavalier and rude... I had the extreme displeasure of dealing with a young female pharmacist who was arrogant and dismissive and ultimately got it wrong, not once, but twice. Thank God I was paying attention... It took over an hour, not a lot of traffic, to get two prescriptions filled, correctly and I didn't even get an apology or a thank you. By the time I left I was fuming. Next time I'll drive all the way to Skinners in Rolling Hill Est. before I'll attempt to navigate the circus at CVS. They have no idea of what the term "customer service" means.

Why hasn't the manager made the Christmas candy 75% off yet. There's still a ton and other cvs locations have already marked theirs down. Cmon man

Only reason I come here is because my insurance prohibits me to use anyone else. Every time I have prescription, it's sent to this place. Every time , I get a call from CVS telling me my prescription is ready, and every time i show up they have me wait 15-20 minutes. Now I know that's not that bad, but half the time, they get the order wrong , and there goes another half hour ! I've used Walgreens before with my past insurance, and it was always a breeze! I never waited and they got the order right. It's really disappointing, such a nice location but terrible experience ... every time.

Second time visiting the pharmacy, second time getting yelled at. Few of the ladies that work here are extremely mean and impatient. I feel sorry for people who have to work with them. I ended up driving to the target CVS down the street. So much nicer. Maybe they get paid better.

The Pharmacy is awful. Terrible customer service. Pharmacist Connie Lee wouldn't let me finish my sentence, spoke over me repeatedly and was beyond rude. 20 seconds into the call these things were clear: you couldn't care less about your customers, you find them irritating, you don't want to help and you're terrible at your job. My reflexive "Well, Thanks" at the end of the call was answered with "Oh, it was my pleasure" in the most condescending, mocking tone you could imagine. Seriously folks, DO NOT fill your prescriptions here. Driving to another branch will save you time and repeated frustration/disappointment.

Average drug store. They were out of what I needed and had to find someone to check in back for me. The place was empty but the store is pretty big. This place is fine for the grab and go everyday object but I did see a lot of people waiting in line at the pharmacy. Yikes.
