I recently relocated to the South Bay Area from the east coast and was so grateful to have found TJ. TJ went above and beyond to find and show me properties both virtually and in person that included the features most important to me while staying in my budget. He then worked with the property’s real estate agent to help finalize the leasing paperwork while answering all of my questions. Would absolutely work with him again!

TJ was absolutely amazing! He helped us both buy our new place and sell our previous home. He provided great insight into the best ways to stage our property, had extensive knowledge of the market and pricing, listened to our opinions and provided valuable feedback, and made the entire process run seamlessly. He had great contacts for all of the professionals we needed to get through both the sale and purchase (e.g. inspectors, termite, movers, cleaners, handy men, etc.) He was always available to answer any questions and put our minds at ease. TJ was absolutely amazing to work with. He is responsive, helpful, and a wealth of information on the best places. I needed to find a rental on short notice and coming from out of town. TJ had a list of great options available with viewing appointments so no time was wasted as soon as I got into town. He was incredibly helpful even after signing the lease and ensuring I was all settled without issue. I will definitely be using him again to lease/buy and will recommend him to all my friends as well.
