I live out of the state of California and have ordered delicate items (Easter Eggs) from them twice, the items were so well packed, they arrived in perfect condition both times. They do an excellent job in packing items for shipping. I have recommend them to my friends and they are also very happy with their experience. It's so nice to do business with people that take such good care of their customers. They're the best!”

“I do enjoy this store and I can find some decently priced items, but this store unfortunately isn't one where I can buy all of my groceries from. Great for meat, some frozen foods, milk and eggs. I wish their canned vegetables and fruit aisle was bigger, but if you want to stock up for emergencies, then buying some here would help you. Also come with a quarter, because you need to put one in for the grocery cart. I can understand their reasoning behind it, but I have forgotten when I've come here before. The staff isn't always the most friendly, some even look at you like you are in the way, but that's not my issue, so that's what they need to deal with when it comes to customers. Also whenever I come here, there is usually only one cashier open, it makes me feel like they are trying to push their customers to use the self checkout (which I hate with the fire of a thousand suns), so I patiently wait for the cashier to be done with the other customers. The upside i like to this store, is that I can bag my own groceries, because they have a section you can push your cart to and bag your food to your specifications. Where sometimes at a different grocery store, a bagger won't do the job well and I have smooshed bread or sushi that is messed up. So this is great for me (for you lazy people this would be a downside ).”
“Sign up for Big Lots rewards and it saves! My friend and I shopped together and shared a cart. You need to bring quarters to release a locked shopping cart.( you will get your quarter back when you return the cart in the locked position).
5 stars to Vivian, the cashier. She has helped me before when I ordered a toaster oven online, and had to pick it up at the store. She is professional, helpeful, efficient and on top of things! Vivian helped us again today and made sure we scanned our coupons. My friend and I bought a few things, but the main items were patio chairs. We brought our own bags which Vivian was grateful for and she quickly bagged everything. Thank you Vivian!!”

“My father wanted to check out Aldi for the first time, so I brought him here. I saw a gingerbread house kit for only $1.29 on clearance, so I had to buy it of course. lol. It was a pretty big size, pre assembled, had everything you needed to decorate, and was already etched with the design, so all you had to do was trace the lines. My toddler and I had a great time decorating, and the end result was beautiful and tasted delicious.
Too bad Aldi didn't have any reusable straws in stock. I saw it on the flyer but couldn't find any in the store.”

“Absolutely recommend this business for the prime cuts of meat, poultry, meatloaves, cold cuts etc. the wall of wine and beer is absolutely outstanding which includes some really good Champagne, Single vineyard wines from around the world. Cheese and cheeses, Mozzarella and burrata and slabs of Parmesan cheese.”

“Love this Aldi in Inglewood — easily worth the 20-minute drive. Clean, efficient, and packed with great deals that make the quick trip feel very productive. The store is well organized, checkout moves fast, and you can get a surprisingly good grocery run done without spending half your paycheck.
When you leave you get that feeling like you somehow outsmarted inflation.

“I went to buy injera and grounded meat. The store owner welcomed me with beautiful smile and a great customer service. The time she went inside ( another room) to prepare the meat which I requested to be grind. I started looking around all over the store. Every single item placed well in organized. If you actually want to buy something with out asking:- where can I ...? Question , you will find it easily. It's very neat. No dust at all. I recommend the owner to keep this great job for future. If you are looking Ethiopian food, clothes, herbs, ANYTHING! I won't have enough space to mention all. You should go to Geni mini market. Everyone is welcome and you will leave the store with smile after getting quality customer service.”
“A friend of mine had a baby shower and her food caterer did not work out so she winded up ordering from Vallarta. Different types of tamales, rice and beans. And i was instantly hooked! Pork, chicken and beef with rice and beans and i was hooked. Couldn't believe it. I have been trying to find a place that sells tamales ? ? And I can't believe i found a market that sells it. “This store changed its name . Now, this is a SUPERIOR Grocers located at 1 st st in San Pedro, CA.
It's a great place to buy fresh meat ready to cook ( include chicken, beef, pork, fish , shrimp, sort of ) they have their own brand of corn ? tortillas , vegetables , lácteos, pastry ? ?, wine, ? beers. It's a small place and neat, but it is full of varieties with a big parking lot.
Attention to the customers is good, and that is nice!!!
Prices are the average to others with the difference in fresh ...!!.”

I don’t live by the store I stay in Venice so I only go there when my brother has a doctors appointment.the first time I came to this store was last year a little back story to why this cashier is awesome and why we need more people like her in customer service. I was in line ready to pay my bill but I forgot my wallet at home I was embarrassed and I told her I would be back but I knew I wasn’t but she said I’ll pay for it I said no !!! For her to even say she would pay for it made my heart melted and I cried why because I do that all the time and it was heart warming to see someone do that to me . “This small humble store sells great tasting injera, a staple (ethiopian style pancake made from teff, which is used to scoop up food) for eating Ethiopian dishes. There are other places that sell injera, but the dfferent types of injera available at this store is the one my family prefers. Not only is it tasty, but it seems to stay fresher longer. It may be a bit more expensive than other places, but it's worth the extra cost. It's also a good place to buy other items related to things Ethiopian, especially spices. One thing you should know is customers are served behind the door that is half open on the top. The sweet and kind elderly woman who works there is so helpful and polite. She fetches what you want from inside the store for you.”
“I always end up shopping here instead of Costco or Whole Foods. It's great that there is a Costco nearby so that I can take advantage of their famous $1.50 Hot Dog and drink. But after that I go straight to Choice Market where I buy just what I need and nothing more.”
