Very professional, caring and supportive service from Brittany at the UPS store in Hermosa Beach, CA - I had a very tricky return to ship back to Amazon and she went to a lot of extra trouble to make sure it would ship safely! A credit to the UPS Brand! She deserves a serious raise!

Not sure about pricing, but the staff is always friendly, focused, and helpful. They know their stuff, answer questions easily. Made the processes feel quick. Perhaps, I’ve caught them at the right times.

I used this location to ship to my important customer's they gave me a receipt and placed the box where they can easily get stolen, the boxes got picked up and never scanned I lost out and they blame the driver and the main distribution for not scanning it. they get it stolen from there location. I would never use this location again. Pure trash people bunch of rookies that work at this location, they got about 6-10 workers that don’t know anything just blame each others
