Literally the worst post office of all time, they are never open. It seems like no matter what time of day I come they are always out to lunch with no indication of when they will be back. I have sat and waiting 30 minutes with signs posted saying it’s open but the door is closed and locked and have not seen any workers.
It would not be such a great inconvenience to at least make it public knowledge when they will be open so people don’t waste their whole day sitting around waiting.
So inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Be better please. Sincerely me the 37 other people sitting here waiting for you.

Dropped off 1 envelope INSIDE the building, thinking it would speed up the process, since it was being delivered to an address in HB. You would think it would get sorted the next morning & probably delivered that next day by the carrier?….. or maybe give it an extra day, just in case things didn’t go smoothly? Nope! It took 8 DAYS to get delivered 7 BLOCKS away!! How is that possible you ask?…… it was sent to UTAH first to cancel the stamp!

June 24th, 2024, time is 3:50 p.m the office is closed ( work hours until 5 p.m)
The woman was setting behind the counter. The lights were off and the door locked.
Not first time happens. On May 28th, I came by to drop off packages at 9 am, but nobody was there, I left around 9:30 am and had to return in the afternoon.

The woman helping me had her earpiece in and was talking to her friend the entire time. Anytime I asked a question she would say "huh" loudly because she wasn't paying attention to me or what she was doing
