I called to ask if this particular 7-eleven had a product. I asked if the woman working could hear me (since I sometimes have problems with my phone connection.) Before I could even explain She proceeded to ask me if I had nothing better to do.... very rude ... will never go to THIS 7-eleven.

Worst place to visit… I came US for vacation and I own like five stores in Canada. I know how well my employees treat the customers but today I went to this store around 3 o’clock and the cashier who was a lady was really rude.. Customer service was zero.. I don’t know how the owners keep these kind of senseless people in the store!! Probably they should also train them how to speak properly and behave in a proper way… I was talking politely and she was yelling.. I’ll suggest other people not to visit this store!! Go visit other stores who have better service and better people..

Today I went around 4:00 pm to get some stuff. The cashier was ridiculous. Worst place to get anything. Coffee was cold as ice. Very rude customer service.

the new worker cynthia was very nice ! And i noticed the store was really clean when I came in compared to prior that day when the day employee worker was there . Very nice compared to other staff and keeps the place clean !
