Have been with AT&T for as long as I can remember, recently have not only been treated bad here by a manager but at the other location too. When I tell you I was treated rudely and cynically by the manager, it made me mad and sad. That not only was I getting treated bad for explaining my story and situation. I was smirked and put down and was given a cynical answer and laugh. At this point what AT&T store does one actually go to, in order to get help and avoid things being made without permission and misinformation??

Got there an hour before they closed and the doors was locked, however you could see three employees sitting down. The big lady came to unlock the doors and said it was "policy" to have the doors locked. She pointed at someone else to help me and when she was going to get her tablet to help, the guy in the corner said they would be able to sell me the phone but couldn't help me with the transfer as the store was going to close in an hour. These people are lazy and you could tell they didn't want to work anymore. They made us feel unwelcome and unappreciative as customers. I will not be returning to this location.

Reggie was awesome! He answered every question I had. My Phones were ordered quickly and he was so professional and knowledgeable, he made the process unbelievably easy! Great staff you have hired! Keep this employee, your business will excel with an employee like this. Thank you!

Reggie is the best…excellent customer service ,very helpful .l am 64 years old not no much about the hi tech so he helped me like my kid explained and showed how the phone works l been having account with att more than 30 years…l glad that att have a excellent worker and thank you Reggie

I am so pleased with the customer service my family and I received here. Naylah you are amazing. You answered all of our questions and took any concerns about switching over from our previous carrier a breeze. We are so happy with all of our new phones and appreciate you! I walked in to add a line for my son, unsure about adding it, but Reggie was the best about answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to even help me set up the secure family app! He was so helpful, patient, funny & overall made the experience so easy and quick. I have never had this good of an experience walking into any phone store. 10/10! Thank you Reggie!!

The fat weird manager is ridiculously rude. I believe his name is Reginald. I've been with AT&T for not even a year and that employee ruins it for me. No professionalism. He seemed kind and like he knew how to do his job at first and a few questions later it was a whole attitude change. Sorry your life and job sucks bud should've gone to school!! Definitely will be switching back to T-Mobile.

I needed help with an upgrade for one of my lines, and the representative Nayla was the best. She was very knowledgeable and super nice too. She helped me with exactly what I wanted and I was out of the store at no time. Thank you Nayla!
