What a pleasure used to be to come to Autozone. Unfortunately, after they became highly franchised they've gone away with mechanical experience and candor, thus replacing it with poor customer service, unknowledgeable and untrained staff. What a sad thing!
Give it a decade or so to be completely out of business after they've run out their laurels and people no longer work on cars. Will probably become what pep boys is today.

My mom wanted me to leave a review to express her appreciation for her experience yesterday with an awesome associate named Candy H. My mom had her battery go out on her yesterday, after getting a jump she headed over to AutoZone to purchase a new battery, not only did they have what she needed in stock, but Candy also installed it for her quickly and efficiently, thank you Candy for being awesome and so helpful to my mom! :)
