Had to wait 20 mins to be to cash my check. Saying they had to call the account holder to confirm. Never had a problem anywhere else and figured since it's a bank of america check it would be easier through your bank not harder and more time consuming.

I went to leave my own review for this bank of America and big suprise 2.9 stars! 9 people behind the glass with 2 lines open. Wouldn't cash my check for a signature and wouldn't call the issuer to confi4m after I've cashed over a dozen checks from the same person! Asked for the discrepancy and manager wouldn't tell me so I don't know whatvto tell the insurer to change. No help. Zero stars of possible!

Bank of America is SHAMELESS. Im a 15 year customer and have to say the recent banking activity is hopeless. Now the annual CC fee has increased by almost $20 .... What timing.!! Weeks after Christmas & with soaring Inflation you have NO SHAME. Gas prices, grocery prices and now this. To be perfectly CLEAR this goes for all B of A Credit Card users. Not just this branch but nation wide. ZERO STARS

Shitty bank & shitty customer service. Always short staffed with long lines coming out the door. The bank tellers all have different policies and will make things hard for you even if you're just trying to cash out a check.

This bank is so slow , And under staffed . You can come at any time and it'll take you an hour to do anything I would highly recommend using another bank if possible

The lines are horrible! You spend more than an hour standing in line. They need to have more than 2 tellers! Unless you really need to make a deposit that cannot be done through the ATM I suggest stay away or come 40 minutes before they open, trust me before 9am there is already people standing outside making line.
