Terrible run don't walk away from this place everything they delivered has chips in it. Lampshade is bent and they left tire marks in my driveway.Call them and spoke with the manager. He said well you signed the paper, so tough luck. Please don't buy anything from this shyster company.

Customer service sucks. So bought a mattress. It was to big for our frame asked if we could exchange it for something that would fit. Guys asked me when I bought it I told him not even a month yet. He me told yeah we don't do refunds or exchanges. I asked him then why would you ask me that sort of question. He said he wanted to know long ago we bought it. I the receipt says no refund but does not mentioned nothing about exchanges. Am coming back with the receipt.

Bought a diamond mattress Cool breeze the 3 months into felt the spring's on my back so decided to cut the bed open I discovered rust on all metal sleeve coils rust with coil bent and missing in the coil sleeves , were could I load all photos.

I’ve bought furniture here for years. Many different pieces and overall happy with my experiences aside from a few incidents with broken pieces that they usually fix. Until my last purchase in which I tried to cancel an order less than 30 minutes later when I realized it won’t fit in my room. The man said he would try and cancel and since it had been 30 minutes I figured it would work since nothing was being sent yet. Apparently he didn’t even try after I’ve spent thousands of dollars there in the past and am a loyal customer. So now I get to be the proud owner of a bed frame that I can’t even use. They also wouldn’t even let me trade it for another piece of the same price. Thank you so much for your customer support :)

Bought a King mattress, 3 piece sectional sofa and a dining room table with 6 chairs for a little over 4,200. They scheduled delivery with us a week after purchase on a Tuesday. Asked us if morning was good, it was. we call them day of delivery after we moved all of our furniture out of our house for them to tell us that it wasn’t gonna happen that day. After telling them I had requested work off for the delivery that day they ended up bringing us our delivery. however, I’m pretty sure they gave us the display couch because the cushions are bad in the center like they were in the display when I showed us in the store. And that was the whole reason they were delaying the delivery. Long story short you’re gonna pay full price for used stuff. Also the table they sold us it’s already breaking on one end. It hasn’t even been a month.

I am so upset with bros furniture. They lie and cheat to get a sale. Jose, one of the owners, told us that we can use 2 finance cards to pay off a couch and table. It would help with paying it off so we don't get hit with the finance charges. When it came time to pay it off with the second card, SNAP the finance company said we can't do that. When we called bros furniture to ask what happened, Jose told his brother Luis that we were lying. So now we have to come up with 1000 dollars before we get hit with the high interest rate. So Luis after saying he would look into it, didnt even try. He instead made sure he was too busy to talk to an upset customer. There customer service sucks. So a couple days later Luis calls and tells us Jose said he didn't say that to us, about using two cards. So Luis says he has a way to fix this problem. Well it consisted of giving him more money to pay the fees that it would cost him to help us. The mistake by lying to us, now is costing us more. I think this is the worst way for a small time store to male a sale.

We looked everywhere for bed frames and mattresses for our teenagers. Liz and Edgar were by far the friendliest people we came across. So we’re back- getting a great deal- from awesome people with great options. Definitely recommend.

We walked in and bought exactly what we were looking for! I thought it was going to be an all day search, but it was quick and easy. And got approved. But Hannah, the young lady that helped us was amazing!she was nice, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable!!
