Looks like they got my bad review removed, paid $1000 deductible just to have vehicle deemed a total loss after 150 days in the shop leaving me without a vehicle and manager made false claims of threats no proof. Sent several demand letters without response, only wants to refund my deductible which should’ve never been taken, got me fired from job due to slander

Jeremy was very informative and knowledgeable. He reviewed everything with me prior to leaving my vehicle and I felt completely comfortable and relieved that he was the one handling my repairs. I would only bring my cars this Caliber on bear valley rd.

Caliber Collision Hesperia did an amazing job on my back bumper! The repair was done in a timely manner, and they went above and beyond by washing the car afterwards. The staff was super friendly — they even provided us with sodas, offered coffee, and gave gift cards. Jeremy did excellent work on the car, and Keith gave outstanding customer service throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this location for anyone who wants quality repairs and great customer care!
