Chevron is a small, well-stocked gas station located on the outskirts of Los Angeles. It operates 24 hours and offers a convenience store with a good selection of products. The station has a small parking lot, which is very usable for passing travelers. Despite its size, it provides the essential services needed for a quick stop, especially for those heading to Las Vegas or passing through the pass. Customers often appreciate the friendly and helpful employees, noting that staff like Ben and Curtis are super friendly and attentive, making visits pleasant. The restrooms are considered the cleanest among gas stations, and the store offers a variety of products including unique items like alien beef jerky and energy drinks. However, some mention higher gas prices compared to other stations, which can be a drawback, especially when filling up for long trips. One memorable experience highlights the station’s reliability in a pinch, as it saved a driver running low on gas during a trip through Cajon Pass. Although the prices are higher, the station’s presence and service are valued by travelers who rely on it for quick refueling and convenience. Overall, Chevron is regarded as a friendly, clean, and dependable stop, especially appreciated for its good service and well-stocked store, despite the higher prices.
The bathroom is fine. It’s not disgusting as some other reviews have stated, so I guess they’ve cleaned it up.
What bothers me is that none of their items have prices listed. I had to stop to use the restroom and wanted to support the business, but not knowing how much things cost makes it difficult to buy anything.
