Civic Plaza 12 Cinema is a well-liked theater among local residents. The sound quality in Theater 9 is good, although the cleanliness could be improved, with some trash found under the seats. The theater offers great deals, like a Tuesday special, and an app that provides points for free popcorn and movie tickets. The staff is described as friendly, and the bathrooms are clean. Customers appreciate the comfortable seating, including handicap recliners, and the ample parking. Overall, the theater provides an enjoyable movie-going experience, with great popcorn, reasonable pricing, and a generally positive atmosphere.
The staff is very courteous and attentive, also the Manager is a very cordial and professional person.

This is a great option to see a movie, usually less crowded than the Cinemark locations. Always friendly staff and a great value. They also have an app and pretty good rewards. Not too close for me but I like to go here if I need to run some errands in Hesperia. They now have an IMAX screen.
