Its a sunday evening. All branches are closed, mobile app is not working, automated phone banking is not working, website is not working. We have a dire emergency and need cash now. i cant transfer funds into my account my debit card is linked to because NONE of the banking services are working. F*CK this place! Im closing all of my business and personal accounts and moving everything to US Bank first thing in the morning!

I don't know why I have an account here, but I won't any longer. I went through the drive-thru today, and while the lady teller was working on someone else's stuff, I asked for a deposit slip. Usually, the slips are in the tubes, but since I was in the first lane, there is a drawer and she didn't extend it to me. She asked me to wait. Well, the whole idea of asking for a slip was so that I could prepare for my transaction and be ready when she got to me. But she wouldn't send it. So, after watching her a while, I noticed she was now moving exceptionally slow, so I decided to pull out of the drive-through and run in to pick up a deposit slip. I opened the door and saw a line, and a security guard. I asked the guard where I might find a deposit slip, and he said I had to wait in line to get one, as they no longer have any out for customers to prepare ahead of time. I don't know why they wouldn't have any deposit slips, I guess they don't want my money? So I began to think of how I ended up banking here, and I have no explanation for it. I can't get any nickels, but they will take all of my rolled coins, I can't get a deposit slip without unnecessarily waiting, there's no getting a hold of anyone Saturday afternoons through Monday around 10am. I've already transferred my auto-deposit to another bank, so there's just no reason to go here. I fail to see any way they help me. Update: Every time I call the bank I get voicemail. No one answers.

The worst bank you could ever bank with.Always problems, old counting machines always making mistakes, tellers don't know how to count. Good luck trying to talk to the Manager. DO NOT BANK HERE. NOT WORTH IT.

Very poor customer Service. The manager of the branch has exceptionally poor customer service etiquette. States has been a manger for 30yrs have been going to the branch for last 20yrs saw her once only and provided poor service. She is non flexible when it comes to accommodating old people with disabilities during the time of Covid-19 restrictions.
