I purchased a Toyota Tacoma in 2023 No hassle and NO hidden fees!! Was driving my truck off the lot under 45 min. Took the truck I bought to my mechanic and it was in great condition exactly how it was advertised. A few years later my son went to a local BIG name dealership, what a joke! Made me totally appreciate my experience!!

Unprofessional,I bought an F-250 years back,it had so many problems right off the bat,sold that piece of over priced junk,never trust a car sales man,you’ll learn that purchasing a truck from those guys.

I bought this truck from this dealer, a 2013 ram since I bought it the truck had all kinds of problems had oil in the water tank. They told me it was the oil pump. This truck have all kind of problems the dealer didn’t help me out on it. I have it here at the house two years ago that I bought it. I’m still paying it sitting there cause it won’t pass smog it’s sad, but that is reality, the dealers don’t care be careful when you buy a junker like I did I paid $26,000 on this piece of junk. I drove it around 2000 miles sitting there since then.

I want to give ZERO stars. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, read the bad reviews and save yourself the grief.Juan was my salesman. The check engine light was on when I test drove it, it was also on on the second car I test drove. We discussed, he checked the code and told me what it was and said their mechanics would take care of it.That was in July... many calls, drops ins because he has caller ID and would ignore my calls so I began using different phone numbers or blocking my number.I would up having to invest about $3k into it and one of the issues could not be found. I would be driving and suddenly all the dash lights began blinking, my windshield wipers began going, a dinging sound and I found out my headlights were flashing. I finally found if I hit the display cover with my fist it would stop.I had it in the shop SOOO often... my co workers would say: Again?!Save yourself stress and money. All bad.

Hello, I have bought two vehicle's from Image Auto Sales. I bought a chevy cruz the first ti.e. Three years later I traded it in to get my 2nd vehicle. My 2007 Toyota Tacome. I am so thankful for image auto. I'm very happy with my choices. Thank you image auto.....

Just a warning this dealer is very shady. They sold a car for us made $5000 on us and did not tell us. The car was driven to vegas and got a ticket without us knowing. After car was sold i asked for paperwork several times and they always gave a excuse. Finally asked about buying a car from them Juan the scam artist came back and said oir credit was not good enough. We went to carmax and bout a $45,000 yukon with no problem. People beware before dealing with Juan the scam artist

I went to Executive Image Auto Group worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a car let alone a car with an affordable car payment. I have to say that Juan the owner not only made it super easy and painless but he got me a car loan that had a payment that fit my budget. He was super helpful. He explained the whole process as we went along and he did everything that he was supposed to do and he kept every promise that he made me. I can’t recommend a better person to guide you along in your car purchasing journey. He hooked me up and I swear he worked magic because I didn’t have credit but he truly helped me. I couldn’t have gotten this great of a car and deals without him. Juan is very professional and straight forward. He understands the process because he has tons of experience in this business and he leads you along every step of the way. I walked out with not only an amazing Kia Soul but it was extremely low mileage and I love it. I would recommend going to this facility for all of your car needs because Juan is amazing. I feel so happy and lucky that I chose to come here and I hope that you all choose this facility

To make this short and simple bought a car from juan in January and looking for a lemon law attorney. Juan lied to us about the vehicle having no issues what so ever and two weeks after purchase the vehicle has 8 different issues.

Juan tries to give you the best deal possible. He takes pride in what he does. He seems to remember alot of his past clients and treats them like a friend not a paycheck.
