“Definitely one of the best Urgent Care experiences I’ve had up here. The receptionist was polite, the facility was clean. My reason for taking a star off is because the actual doctor wasn’t thorough at all. Like other reviewers stated, he doesnt tell you what the problem is and rushes you out the door to get the meds. No details on possible prognosis or the meds being given. He seems a bit too old to still be practicing and definitely doesnt listen to the patient. Hoping the staff sees this feedback and makes it right in the future. Otherwise, I was in and out timely and will definitely go back. Just may request a different physician if possible.”
