“Started bringing my daughters here 5 yrs ago. After having my 3rd daughter, I started coming as well. Everyone was, and still is, so welcoming and friendly. Great place to workout no matter what level you are at. I started as a beginner, never having done crossfit and scaled/modified a lot of the movements. I loved that there was a modification for everything.”

“Best cheer of the HD - if you're looking to compete against the best of the nation. High Desert Gym is your to go place. There's absolutely to comparison to other gyms. It is a costly sport. I do not recommend getting yourself into this type of sport if you're on a tight budget. I feel all of their bad reviews come from people who cannot afford it. Sorry to put it bluntly.”

Also, I just have to say — Irma carries herself with such grace and confidence. She's absolutely stunning, and her professionalism and presence don't go unnoticed.
