What is the point of having a phone line if NO ONE ever answers? Might as well cut the line and save yourselves that money. At this point I would at least be happy if a machine would answer my phone call. Employees are obviously not doing their job.

My husband and I just moved to Hesperia. We had to visit City Hall to transfer our name for the Water Company. Every member of staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We felt so welcomed. We are excited to have Hesperia as our new home.

Worst costumer service ever. Lady on the phone is the rudest agent I’ve ever talked to. Didn’t even let me talk and kept rushing me like if she wanted to hang up so bad.
