What is the point of having a phone line if NO ONE ever answers? Might as well cut the line and save yourselves that money. At this point I would at least be happy if a machine would answer my phone call. Employees are obviously not doing their job.

My husband and I just moved to Hesperia. We had to visit City Hall to transfer our name for the Water Company. Every member of staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We felt so welcomed. We are excited to have Hesperia as our new home.

Worst costumer service ever. Lady on the phone is the rudest agent I’ve ever talked to. Didn’t even let me talk and kept rushing me like if she wanted to hang up so bad.

They need a new system for low income families is ridiculous they only give a 3day extension...what a joke on top of that they include charges for a lien on my house for not paying on time ...SMH with "City Of Hesperia Water District "

This is one of the worst governeMENTAL agencies I have ever dealt with. These people need to understand that they work for the people and not the other way. It has been months and I have had so many issues getting my deposit back from them, not one person there knows how to do there job. If they worked for a real company they would have been fired many times over. In General Calif is horrible but these people take it to a whole new level of incompetence.

Hands down, the worst utility service. Their water quality has declined tremendously over the years while their prices have become astronomical. Their customer service is horrible.

The new system they switched to is horrible. A payment never goes through. I'm sick of this system they have.

Been here for over 20 years and the service it's bottom of the barrel service! No customer service....no ... nothing there like the wheater here cold and heartless....

Very very bad service. I called to pay my bill and would not let me pay due to the fact that I would not have the account number in front of me. Very tough service, very unefficient people. Very bad system. Where is the old America???

I’m so upset , we had a leak and the water company had no empathy for us they were charging us nearly 600.00 and their end sent out a technician which saw the meter was reading wrong on their end . and they still are charging us the 600.00 , our Christmas was barely getting bye thankful we have warm water and a roof over our head ., I’m the only one working my husband receives disability social security and they are saying we still need to pay it ., it’s so upset I dont know how we’re gonna get by ..

I been trying to call and no one answers the phone. This is so ridiculous. Horrible phone service. I don’t understand why my water was shut down if I paid my payments on time.

Poor customer service every bill I receive says past due even since they just sent me the bill, and this has been happening for years now, they charge me a penalty fee on every one of my bills even if the bill is not past due which It never is
