Make sure your contractor is not using them. They give the contractor 30 days to pay the bill but they sent me 15 days after the concrete was poured a mechanic lien , they are so low POS that I won't recommend them and the lien is for 10 times more the amount I higher the contractor for.

Our friends at Hi-Grade have been there for us since day 1. When I was just a guy with a tractor that had no idea what I was doing, Hi-Grade made it easy for us. Since then, with their help. We've laid over 2 million pounds of gravel for driveways, flood mitigation and landscaping. We wouldn't be anywhere without a company likeHi-Grade helping us accomplish that. Chris, Jeff and everyone else at the 29 Palms plant has taken care of us and their customers many times over. From fitting us into the schedule at VERY short notice to ordering a month in advance. We appreciate you guys and hope to get many more years to work with you. "Rock" on guys. ?.

Had residential sand delivery for playset base and their driver did this to the driveway after he deemed it safe to enter to drop site. All I have to say is, when you hand over COD and ask for a receipt, don’t sign anything because they unknowingly have you sign what you think is a receipt, without driver explaining it’s a waiver of liability for anything but a street delivery. Tried to call, but getting a run-around now and no call-backs, even though I explained what I thought I was signing was a receipt for the COD I had just handed over and was not told anything about a liability waiver that I had to sign for him to enter my property! BEWARE!!! Shady business practice!

I hired a contractor to pour a cement pad. Hi Grade poured the cement on September 30, 2019. 15 days later, October 15th, Hi Grade sent me Certified Letter “California Preliminary Lien Notice,” indicating my hired contractor had not yet paid. I am absolutely in disbelief that a reputable company would not try to resolve with the contractor and at least wait 30 days prior to initiating further action. The notice also has an estimated cost of $20,000 listed and I only paid the contractor $4,000 for the entire job!!! Moreover, I had the drive Out of my way to the post office to pick up the certified letter. I have left two phone messages for high-grade to call me back and explain the notice, I have not heard anything back from them yet. Rest assured, I will be consulting my attorney as well..
