Space rent is $1,000 that’s comparable to places Down the hill. This is ridiculous.

Was interested in moving in to this park, but their space rent is literally 1k just for the space, they must think they’re located in rancho cucamunga or upland, actually some of those places are less. They’re tripping big time and hurting the homes values at the same time.

Good place to live. I've lived here 17 years, at a low cost monthly, in big house, with a pool in the summer, and a nice community. Between 2 schools it's perfect for raising a family. Close to stores and still small town community.
