“I love coming here, it used to be a chill guy that would run it all the time and my friends and I loved going. Now it’s a girl who is very sweet and amazing, I love doing business with her but dear god the guy there is horrible. He is so unfriendly, rude, and treats you like you’re stupid. He assumes a lot, we went in for a resurface and he just blurted out “we don’t take Xbox games” and dismissed us. We weren’t even there to sell. He also doesn’t know much about Pokemon cards either, he needed help with what kind of Pokemon ball a card was, we told him just for him to say “it’s not that.” When it was. The girl is amazing but the guy will single handedly ruin this shop, we don’t even go as much as we used to because of him. It’s always so unfriendly and awkward like he hates people. Great shop otherwise if you can get past the miserable guy.

EDIT: A bit of time has passed and I can see the ponytail man’s attitude has changed, amazing! Even though the owner responded telling me to call I did not, I decided to see if things would change naturally. Whether he was told something or not, his attitude has seen a shift! I am back to coming here regularly and am very happy, he has been nice every time since then and I am glad.”

“First time here with the family. It's a nice great environment and the owner is awesome. He gave my son a free war hammer toy. He loves it. My son's ask all kinds of questions and he was happy to answer them. Very polite and knowledgeable. Well be back next friday to get the war hammer set. Highly highly recommend this place

“Overall this is a good store for supplies. However this one chooses Not To Carry fabric like the other Michael's in the area within a 25 mile radius. Which leads me to competition craft stores near by more often. They do have great weekly sales.”

“Anime Ages is a family owned shop in the Victorville mall. Their selection of products is pretty large, despite the small size of the shop. They've really taken advantage of the space by including floor to ceiling options of products. You can find ceramic character displays, posters, plushies, and functional items like lanyards and keychains. I personally like to visit here for the Totoro products. I've bought a small ceramic Totoro at the bus stop figure and it lights up. The staff have been really accommodating each time I've visited- excited to help find products, and willing to hold them up front so you can continue shopping with ease. My only wish is that they would get a larger variety of Studio Ghibli products- for instance, they don't have any Howl's Moving Castle products. But, any of the really popular animes are easier to find products for here.”
