I went to a Joann's in Las Vegas. It was great, so I was looking forward to the same here. The checkout was good here. Annamarie, I believe was the sales associate. She gave me some tips on shopping and was just super helpful. God bless you Ana Marie. Now back in the store where I got my fabric cut.....cut and dry attitude and what a dry personality. She cut my fabric before I could ask about pricing....good thing the pricing was to my liking because I wouldn't have had a problem not getting fabric after it's been cut!!!! I guess I'll get fabric when I visit Vegas again. This Joann's gave me an excuse to go back to visit my sister in Vegas and the Peppermill! I do love this bag I bought here though.

Older lady cutting my fabric was very rude because I didn’t pull a number. She had even mentioned how the one person who did already left. I’ve never been asked to pull a number it’s always just wait in line Other employees had warned me about her/other rude workers during Provos visits. Then when I tried to go find buttons I could feel that another worker was just watching me without saying a word. Left the store without the buttons. At this point I’m thinking of shopping online or going to hobby lobby. Get better at customer service.

If I could I would give them zero starts They are so rude and disrespectful and they don't honor their prices im surprised that Joann's company would hire people like this to work for them it's real simple if you don't want to help people or be bothered then don't work in the customer service field and if you don't like your job, then don't work there

Some of the employees are rude as hell.Also checked hours online said they open at 8 on Saturday...show up, they are locked and don't open till 9.... needs to be fixed, made it very inconvenient

Some of the older ladies that work here are some of the rudest people I have ever met at this location. As someone who also works customer service, I get it. Some days are bad but wow. Not to mention I have two employees telling me two different information on what I need to do for my online order. I’ll be ordering my stuff online from now on then deal with rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and unhappy employees.

They were completely racist and discriminatory towards my hispanic boyfriend. They told him my purse in the front ?? But yet they didn't stop someone bringing in a much bigger purse to put hers in the front. The whole interaction caught me off guard

I'm floored by the decline of Joann Fabrics. The prices are high, the quality of the fabrics has gone gone downhill and the selection of apparel fabrics is very limited. Stock is low on patterns, thread and zippers. It appears that ordering isn't done on a regular basis. I'll be saving money to fly to San Francisco in order to shop at Britex. On a positive note, the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Don't unleash me in a fabric store. I might drain our bank accounts.In reality though we have been building a skoolie. I went to purchase vinyl for our couches. The woman cutting fabric was amazing she went out of her way to show me the best fabric for my needs. She helped me guesstimate the length (spot on less than 1/4 yard extra) she also took time to show me what needles and thread I would need to sew vinyl as I had never done it.

Edit: I can't say enough good things about online customer service. After sending them proof of my claim, they took care of the issue and ensured I received my full refund for the cancelled item. I don't know what the problem at the store was, but I must give Joann's corporate customer service credit for handling the complaint fairly and expeditiously. I was ripped off! My order says that I picked up the Fiskars 5pk Straight Rotary Blades 45 mm, but when I went to the store I was told they were out of stock and that the money would be reimbursed to my gift card. I even took a screen shot of the order that showed they were out of stock. The sales lady said the money would be reimbursed within 5 days of the order, but instead now the order says it has been picked up! This is a horrible way to do business! This has happened before, but I didn't have picture proof that the item was out of stock when I picked it up. This time I do. I demand to be reimbursed for the items I did not receive or to actually receive the item. This is completely unacceptable and makes me never want to purchase from Joann's again!

Be careful with the lady's that work here. You ask them a question and they will talk to you like a child! I asked a simple question and they started yelling at me because I was confused about the fabric . Also one of the employees were complaining to me that it's annoying how everyone comes around this time to make blankets like Mam let people make blankets ?!?!?!? Stuck up ladies terrible customer service I would say don't come to this location but that's probably what they want so come here and ask them about the blankets they would love that!
