Whoever you have answering the phones is extremely unprofessional, rude, snarky & needs some educating in customer service skills. When you call asking genuine questions about appointments, etc. your met with rude stale sarcasm. Do better America. Do better. Our health care system sucks & we still choose to hire these incompetent fools.

I came here for my 2-year old daughter to get blood drawn for two tests. The blood draw did not go great and looked very painful, but I understand the difficulty with drawing blood from a toddler. However, I confirmed the two tests which were ordered, but they sent in the bloodwork for only one, so now I have to put my daughter through this experience a second time.

I had quite an experience there a lady name Jennifer was really rude and did not want to help any customers with anything. She was rude I couldn’t believe they would hire a person like this, however a young lady named Caitlyn made my experience better and I did not feel a thing when she took my blood I will be requesting her again I loved her may god bless her !

ALWAYS gives me wrong results or someone else's results. They claims I did a Pap smear with the doctor and I never did. I confronted him about it they state it was my doctor's fault because they sent that in my doctor said that's not true they never sent anything regarding a Pap smear they only did the blood work, which is the paperwork I gave them. The blood work was incorrect to. It wasn't even the same results The doctor had. I'm done coming here. I've never had an issue at any other Labcorp, except here. Horrible don't go here.

Went in today and the lady in the front desk was so nice and patient. I also had my blood drawn by Caitlin and she was wonderful, she went out of her way to help me and was able to get my blood the first time she poked me which is crazy because I’m a hard stick and I didn’t feel a thing. Great experience

Unbelievable i arrived today and asked the front desk people if they can help me with my mother bringing her inside. No both rude front desk lady with the worst attitude ever all say they cant!! It is ridiculous that they get paid to sit there with their ugly attitudes. Isn't being part of a health care team job to help a patient in need? Dont count on them for anything

My doctor sent in my lab orders twice. The orders were clear, yet they failed to test my thyroid and vitamin D levels, as prescribed. The man who took my sample gave me the most brutal bruise and caused swelling in my arm the size of a golf ball. I've had blood drawn regularly for 30 years and never experienced anything like this before. I can't go back to a lab to have my blood drawn again for my thyroid and vitamin D levels until my arm heals up. I feel like my vein was damaged and arm bruised up all for nothing! They probably even billed my insurance for the tests they forgot to do, but I have no way of checking. This is utterly ridiculous.

The front desk staff lacks customer service skills, very rude and condescending. The lobby is cramped and dirty.

There is one phlebotomist there who has trouble finding veins. Speak up for yourself if she starts fishing for veins. Ask for Jessica, she's good.

I am the HARDEST STICK!!!! I dread doing blood work because it usually takes me several visits and several pokes today Barbara was a life saver!!! She listed to me when I told her about being a hard stick, and having small veins that clot easily. She was gentle and was able to get all the blood I needed in one visit! Barbara you rock! Hope you move to the Hesperia location soon!!

Blood on the fold down arm part of chair....nearly had my arm placed right on top of it!Very rude lady upfront....right from the start she was abrupt and unkind...snotty snarled face and rude tone.Then another rude lab coated lady as I exited the building....she stopped, shook her head, AND huffed at me because I used my foot to kick open the door.Seriously an awful experience. There are 2 other locations just a couple minutes farther than this one. Definitely avoid this labcorp.

My visit to Labcorp was a great experience. I used the Labcorp patient app to schedule an appointment this morning and got an appointment at 1:15 pm, checked in at 12:45 from my car, and was immediately asked to come in because they were ready for me. I'm pretty sure I was out by 1:15. The woman at the front desk was nice and Irving ( I believe that is how his name is spelled) was so nice I hope to get him again if I need blood work done again?

I don't know where to start, the staff is great, the experience is the best I've ever had. Dr. Evans is one of a kind, there could be no better dentist. I was nervous from a previous experience at my former dentist but Josie the dental assistant made me feel so calm and comfortable. I will never go anywhere else, I just wished they had been my dental office always. I recommend this dental office to everyone ? ☺ God Bless Them !!!
