Juanita Ordaz ( Manager ) was hand down the best tax preparer for my 2023 taxes. She knows exactly what’s she is doing .. very respectful and professional. She help me with some issues I had from a previous tax prepare that did my taxes wrong .

Unfortunately They waisted my time, every single time they rescheduled me on next day but after 3th visit I have enough that disrespect. If Your time is valuable then forget about that office.

Was late for my taxes this year and liberty followed up with me to ensure I wasn’t passed the extended deadline. I want to thank them for that because I probably would’ve forgotten. My tax preparer, Juanita, assisted me and was very friendly and helped me on some concerns I had. Thank you!
