Explained to me that they would disassemble the motor and replace bearing for 300 labor and 250 to reassemble labor,They had to do this regardless of the fix, because they said they do this so they can warranty there work.this was with motor off the bike, as the initial fix became more convenient for them they decided they didn't want to open the case anymore and the new convenient price was 500 disassemble and 500 reassemble. Charged me 250 dollars to take head off and clutch cover off lmao.Charged 100 dollars for diagnose not starting which is a decent price.Communication is terrible and they are dishonest, Taylor service manager explained these prices to me as clear as day.250 disassemble 250 reassemble, an extra 500 each way if motor is on bike totalling 1500 labor. However, like I said when it became inconvenient they changed and doubled the price and told me that it was normal. They say they sell parts at retail, retail is always cheaper then what they charge?I overheard him explain the same exact lower prices to another lady, so I guess it's normal to be dishonest? If you're going to lie at least be vigilant. They say they will call you back at this time and never call you back so you have to call them a few days later.Taylor the service manager seems to forget everything you guys talked about after the phone call is over. The upside is they seem knowledgeable and the mechanic is knowledgeable and relatively straightforward.

Great service, although my tire was mounted in the wrong orientation. 50 dollars seems fair. From now on, I'm going to do the tire change myself and have them do the bead set/balance since they got that ✅

This shop gave me the run around and suggested I would have to buy my own parts for the job because they couldn't source them. I had to call back at least 4 times, then they simply ghosted me. I think this is because they aren't comfortable working on BMW bikes, they could just say that instead of shining me on. Never taking a bike here will use VRM Motorsports instead.

Mojave Motorsports is my go to spot for fixing my motorcycle in the high desert . Mojave Motorsports has ample parking including one's with disabilities . Mojave Motorsports doesn't over charge with random fees . Mojave Motorsports is very transparent when it comes to information about your motorcycle and won't make up issues . I had my 2000 Yamaha serviced and my tow package fixed . Mojave Motorsports did the job quickly and got me on the road emergency style a day before my big trip to Baja . I trust Mojave Motorsports and would recommend them to anyone with a Motorcycle , Desert Toy or Water Toy . Mojave Motorsports has a great family staff that rides and you feel like family when you're there !

I was on the way home from riding Route 66 to the Santa Monica Pier. I was heading up to Las Vegas, and thought my '18 Goldwing might have had a coolant leak. It was over 110 deg and I was concerned about getting stuck on the highway, in the middle of no where. I called and they said to bring it in. I got there and they made time to check it out. Fortunately, nothing was wrong. I made it home on July 4th. Thanks to everyone that helped.

Beware of joyriding after the job is done. Charging to much for parts. %100 markup on parts.
