“When i tell you the professionalism @FREEDOM AUTO REPAIR was an experience that I will never forget i mean it. First I was trying to figure out do i take my 2021 malibu to the dealership so I decided to let the review section decide and the more I read everyone comments on FREEDOM AUTO REPAIR the more I felt confident to not just purchase service but the experience of what every customer experienced and this feeling of quality service. Mr. Lavell was top tier in service i mean the dedication to customer service the communication is better than a Bank, a super market, or any fast food restaurant. Listen they kept me informed about my vehicle being pull in to be worked on. txt me pictures of what was going on i felt the honesty of FREEDOM AUTO REPAIR. The dealership wouldn't ever txt a customer pictures of on going repair, i even needed a cv axel which was something I didn't come in for (it just was initial transmission service) and there was no pressure to purchase the cv axel it was courtesy letting me know it needs replacement and keeping me aware with such direct communication and professionalism i decided to let them do the replacement i mean I felt like I was a regular customer and this is my first encounter. This is how you can tell this is the mechanic shop you can trust with your vehicle i feel every happy satisfaction emotion that ppl who left comments on their experience felt. “Very honest and hardworking guys. They were super helpful and kind, helping me right away same day when my old Nissan Titan was overheating on my way from Idaho to San Diego towing my small trailer up the hills in the desert.

They did all the tests, told me it was none of the obvious issues. They told me of the only thing they thought it might be, but made it clear it was a gamble. I was happy that the head gasket was not blown and was happy for an answer. They took the time to explain everything in detail and show me on the truck.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chris and A&A Any Car. My Buick LaCrosse overheated during an extreme heat situation, and honestly, it was pretty scary. From the very beginning, Chris was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and thorough.

What impressed me most was the communication. Chris kept me updated throughout the entire process instead of leaving me wondering what was happening with my car. He explained exactly what they found, what needed to be repaired, what it would cost, and what they wanted to recheck afterward. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no trying to sell me a bunch of unnecessary repairs.

They found the coolant leak coming from the coolant air bleed pipe, repaired it, refilled the cooling system, brought the car up to operating temperature, verified the cooling fans were working, checked the A/C, and then actually kept it overnight so they could let it completely cool down and recheck the levels and make sure there were no additional leaks. THAT is the kind of attention to detail you want when your car has overheated.

While it was there, I asked about getting an oil change, and Chris had already noticed the oil service reminder and low oil level. They took care of that too and even caught a worn oil drain plug and replaced it. I really appreciate that they paid attention to the whole vehicle instead of just fixing the obvious problem and sending me on my way.

I also appreciated the military discount. Every little bit helps, and it was another example of how well they treated me.

My Buick is my “old lady car,” and I told Chris that I wasn’t concerned about getting it back as fast as possible. I wanted it fixed correctly, reliable, and safe. That is exactly how they treated the repair. I never felt rushed, dismissed, talked down to, or pressured.

“I came to change oil. For $99 not only oil was included, but all liquids, tire rotation. It turned out I had a belt almost broken and shocks. They had all the parts available for my Toyota Yaris 2019 and fixed it all. While I was waiting, I walked to Dairy Queen and enjoyed a burger and a cone dipped in chocolate. When I came back, my car was almost ready. The personnel was very polite and helpful”

This was my first engine build and I had a great experience with Rick and his team. They kept me informed during the process and I trusted their opinion on my build. On the phone they said 3 hours, when inside 2 hours, it took about 1hr and 45 min's. i suggest drive two cars and drop off the one getting worked on so you can still get some stuff done and not sit around getting grumpy about the jumble of employee's or lack of, it just depends on the day but today I walked out happy with no issue's.”
