“Very honest and hardworking guys. They were super helpful and kind, helping me right away same day when my old Nissan Titan was overheating on my way from Idaho to San Diego towing my small trailer up the hills in the desert.
They did all the tests, told me it was none of the obvious issues. They told me of the only thing they thought it might be, but made it clear it was a gamble. I was happy that the head gasket was not blown and was happy for an answer. They took the time to explain everything in detail and show me on the truck.
I really appreciated the candor and no nonsense attitude and great customer service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.”

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chris and A&A Any Car. My Buick LaCrosse overheated during an extreme heat situation, and honestly, it was pretty scary. From the very beginning, Chris was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and thorough.
What impressed me most was the communication. Chris kept me updated throughout the entire process instead of leaving me wondering what was happening with my car. He explained exactly what they found, what needed to be repaired, what it would cost, and what they wanted to recheck afterward. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no trying to sell me a bunch of unnecessary repairs.
They found the coolant leak coming from the coolant air bleed pipe, repaired it, refilled the cooling system, brought the car up to operating temperature, verified the cooling fans were working, checked the A/C, and then actually kept it overnight so they could let it completely cool down and recheck the levels and make sure there were no additional leaks. THAT is the kind of attention to detail you want when your car has overheated.
While it was there, I asked about getting an oil change, and Chris had already noticed the oil service reminder and low oil level. They took care of that too and even caught a worn oil drain plug and replaced it. I really appreciate that they paid attention to the whole vehicle instead of just fixing the obvious problem and sending me on my way.
I also appreciated the military discount. Every little bit helps, and it was another example of how well they treated me.
My Buick is my “old lady car,” and I told Chris that I wasn’t concerned about getting it back as fast as possible. I wanted it fixed correctly, reliable, and safe. That is exactly how they treated the repair. I never felt rushed, dismissed, talked down to, or pressured.
Finding a mechanic you can actually trust is worth its weight in gold. A&A Any Car has earned my trust and my future business. Chris, thank you for taking such good care of both me and my old lady Buick. 😂”

I mean I hate having to take my car to a shop and as a female sometimes I get nervous about being taken advantage of as far as the bill is concerned but Wes gave me a precise quote with none of that BS about having to look at it first and me having to play guessing games in my head. There were no hidden charges or fees to use credit cards and if this place can get away without charging to use credit, why can't everyone else??? “I never let anyone touch my car because I’m always scared there going to mess it up , I came here because a lot of people recommended Cruz auto to get my air condition in my car repaired and honestly I’m glad I did come , I had a really good experience . My kids & I where really dying in this heat and Cruz auto really saved our life , they got my ac back to working normally like it use to before it went out . I see some reviews are stating they take longer then expected but honestly they have more then one car , what do you expect ? I don’t know about others but I rather wait and have my stuff done correctly then have someone rushing to get the work done and your back in a week or two . Mr. Lavell was top tier in service i mean the dedication to customer service the communication is better than a Bank, a super market, or any fast food restaurant. Listen they kept me informed about my vehicle being pull in to be worked on. txt me pictures of what was going on i felt the honesty of FREEDOM AUTO REPAIR. The dealership wouldn't ever txt a customer pictures of on going repair, i even needed a cv axel which was something I didn't come in for (it just was initial transmission service) and there was no pressure to purchase the cv axel it was courtesy letting me know it needs replacement and keeping me aware with such direct communication and professionalism i decided to let them do the replacement i mean I felt like I was a regular customer and this is my first encounter.
