The service was poor, and they got the wrong size battery even while looking it up. I have bought parts from your stores for a long time, and for the most part, I have been happy with the service and products, but recently, I became disabled. Before making the purchase that this is about, I asked if someone could carry it out to my car, and I was told definitely. The salesperson who told me definitely was not there when the purchase was completed, and I told the young man that I would appreciate it if he would put the battery in the back cargo area. His response was to go ahead, take it out, and put it there or something to that effect. I told him that I was told that the sale's people would be happy to, and if that is not the fact, he could just refund my money and keep it. With that, a couple of other people working there all started looking at him, and then he said ok, but then he was very rude when we got out to the car. I asked him to help me relock my wheelchair lift, and it was all attitude. When I took it back because it was wrong, the little lady who helped me was very polite and helpful. Like day and night. If I had anything to say about that young man's employment, he would be looking for a new job.

The store associate in the morning is very rude. After showing him pictures and giving him a sample of the size fitting I need he still gave me a foul attitude insisting he needed to know the name of that part to be able to help me
All it was was the fitting for a fuel line and he still couldn’t help me

Very nice and helpful. Gave me different options on a part and printed out the info so I can look over it. The parking lot is a little cramped and customers were in a rush but the business was great.

They advertise they install headlights if you buy them there but they really don't at this location apparently. Two times I've purchased headlights at this location and they just aren't willing to do the installation.
Update 9/1. Had to go back because it was thr wrong light. First employee I asked to install saidche coukdnt manager had bad attitude and said right away if it was hard he would not do it. Really doesn't seem like this store installs lights at ALL. You guys should change your bait and switch ads it's pretty bad.

Unfortunately, O'Reilly is hit-and-miss. The service is good and courteous, but their management works against them by selling some garbage parts and tools. For example, the 14" lug wrench we all need for our flat tire changes is so cheap and weak that IT LITERALLY BREAKES EVERY TIME I USE IT. Since the warranty is only 1 year, I am S.O.L. I bought it a year and a half ago using it only once which cracked it soon after buying it. So, I exchanged it under warranty. Now that replacement, it immediately broke a second time. It snapped off the end. However, the 1 year warranty expired. So, O'Reilly does not stand behind their products. BUYER BEWARE! 3 Stars is generous.
