All the negative reviews are from tenants, lol. Glad I have Parker Integrity to deal with them. Great company to trust with your investment. They focus on protecting owners. Dave is very responsive with my concerns and Eric and Jen know their legal stuff.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.I do not recommend working with them at all.Applications's department is extremely unprofessional, so is the manager.They led us to believe they were contacting the property owner for 3 weeks. The whole time they weren't even trying.Told me not to contact the front desk regarding my application.. who else am I to contact when the applications department isn't answering the phone!?And with 48hrs to make a life changing decision!Very rude and unprofessional company.They tried to double our deposit and kept our application fee! Money hungry company! Beware!

Parker integrity completely screwed me and my family over. We moved into a house January/February of 2023 and our landlord Mary was who we were dealing with first and it was going smoothly until parker integrity got involved and we had to go through them. By April the same year they had to come do a inspection to look at the house so my mothers section 8 would approve her and that would help us pay rent. And so they came over looked in the house and right before they were gonna leave they made us let them look in our sheds. We found it odd why do they need to look at our stuff? And my brother was at the house with us that day helping us unpack and get situated. He was taking a break in one of the sheds and Dave just started freaking out telling us he HAD to leave and that only we can be on the property and we were like wtf why can't I have people come help me unpack everything? And so because we told them he was gonna stay and help us unpack they got mad. We told them he wasn't staying there which he wasn't. And so a week later we get a months notice to get out. Mind you my 67 yo mom and 82 yo aunt live with me and my kids so they illegally tried to evict us they had to give us extra time because we have elderly and children with us. So we sued them got all our money back and left. And mind you we did nothing wrong we paid first months last months our deposit AND we paid an extra month for a month we went even staying in the house yet. We paid them $2300 a month for a TINY and broken down three bedroom two bath. The master bathrooms toilet always got clogged and would come up in the bathroom. it happened the first time the second day we lived there. So we had them call a plumber to come out and they didn't even pay him. We didn't know they didn't pay him untill they called him back a SECOND time and did it again. So we did bc he was really nice. And yet the problem still wasn't fixed because the pipes were so old they had stuff crusted stuck inside the pipes so badly water could barley go through them. And they told us it was our problem. So we had people come out to find the problem and give us an estimate and they wanted $3000+ to fix what needed to be fixed cause it was everything. So it never got fixed. Please if you ever consider going through parker Integrity for a house DONT! they only care about the money your giving them not you or your family. They were gonna make sure me my mom aunt and kids were gonna be homeless if we didn't sue them and get extra time in the house rent free so we could save up bc every bit of our savings went into there house. SCREW YOU JENNIFER AND DAVE GO TO HELL!

I just called to ask about viewing a rental. Since the beginning of the call Dave answered with raised tone of voice asking about credit scores ,which I understand but I told him not all adults were US citizens and he said that he isn’t going to be renting to ghosts, the whole conversation was rude and with a raised tone of voice as if he didn’t even want to talk to me. Very unprofessional and rude service

Wish I could give zero stars this place is a joke. Just moved in our home 2 months ago and they found a bullcrap reason to kick us out which is costing my disabled mother to lose her section 8. Think these people care nope they don't. My mom will be homeless along with me and my kids. This place so do Dave and Jennifer.

Yesterday, David, visited my home. I do not know him nor this company. As I opened my door there was a phone in my face with a man standing back about 2 feet with his hand outstretched. He was telling me his name I think but also saying "she want's to talk to you", pushing the phone in my face. I was confused as this man was disheveled, in shorts and t-shirt, unshaved and hair unkept. No identification or company uniform. I kept asking for clarification who they were but he just started saying I have to pay him directly and don't send money to my landlord. I told them to leave 3 times but they refused. I then raised my tone loudly and added f-bombs top get them to leave but still he refused. After 13 times of telling him to "get the F*#k out of here, Dave turned and told me "that's your problem, you think this is your home and its not, I can come here anytime I want and enter your residence". The person on the phone was telling that me she would call the cops on me (a person of color) for telling them to leave my property because she said I was aggressive. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND THEY REFUSED TO LEAVE. Threatening to call the police on me is a threat based on my race. He then walked to the sidewalk and said "I'm not on your property I can do what I want right here and you can't do anything to me". I told him that I wasn't doing anything to him and that this whole thing could be resolved if he just left. Not until I started filming his car did he jump in and take off.

I've been a tenant for this company for nearly a year now. Haven't ever missed a rent payment. Yesterday I get a text saying my renter's insurance had lapsed and to submit documentation, showing I corrected the issue, by 9 AM today. I called to see if I could get a 24-hour extension since I have a lot on my plate work wise. Kristian, the representative I spoke with, told me I had to submit it by the end of the day, Wednesday. Again, I asked if I could please submit everything by 9 AM, Thursday. She denied and then had the nerve to get offended when I mentioned that her refusal was nothing more than a petty power move against the working class. Apparently her fragile ego didn't like this very much because she texted me back saying she spoke with the owner of the management company, Jennifer, and she said I had to provide documentation by 9 AM today or I would be subjected to a $100 lease violation and be served a 3 day notice. Mind you, this was less than 5 minutes after I finally got her to agree to give me a 24 hour extension. The lack of proprietary of some people never ceases to amaze me.

Best property management company in the High Desert. Been doing business with them since 2012 n as a renter I couldnt be more pleased with Parker Integrity Property Management. They were the only company to help me get in my new house n I trust them 200%. I highly recommend them

This is one of the worst property management companies in the high desert. Unresponsive to calls and concerns and total con artist. Don't trust these people with your money or family's security. If I could give them zero stars I would.
