The owner is very rude. Everything in the store is over priced. Animals are kept in horrible conditions. Animal species are mislabeled for the sake of over pricing.I had the owner tell me to my face that I was lying about the aspects on my resume when I tried to apply there a few months ago, when obviously I knew more about their animals than she did. She has been very rude to me an my wife, and refuses to correct mislabels on animals when it's pointed out to her claiming that "they ordered it as another species and it turned into a new one, I don't know what's wrong with it but you're getting a good deal!" when it's almost double the price that it should be.The state their animals are kept in is outrageous. Their kittens all look sickly, no beds to lay in and their litter box is always overflowing out under their feet. The rodents look sick as well, living in cramped conditions with too many animals in one cage. Not to mention all of the animals are overpriced. If you buy an animal from them, you'd be lucky to get the one you think you're getting, since they are labeled as different, more expensive species than they really are.Staff is unknowledgeable and some don't even seem to know how to work a cash register. The only slightly good thing about this shop is their low cricket prices. If you plan to go to this shop, be prepared to be scammed out of your money and product.

WARNING!!! This Place ripped off my family~ do to our "lack of education" on lizards we believed them and are currently paying for it! My parents bought a bearded dragon for my 7 yr old son 20 days ago. He was older, but very calm. We get him and notice he didn't move his legs, had mites and noticed his spine was curved. After several Vet appointment to give him calcium injections, we don't even know if he's going to live!!! How do I explain that to my 7 yr old. His spine was curved do to months of lack of Calcium and not using his back legs! This is cruelty to animals! Whats sad is they took a picture of him on May 3rd and put him on their facebook were he looks totally different. My mom went back to the store to talk to the person that sold her this poor lizard~ Mike. He actually told my parents to NOT take him to a vet, Gee- funny so I took him to a reptile vet in Corona to find out how messed up he really was!!! The Vet told me his spine is abnormal from lack of food/Calcium~ So I called this guy "Mike" up and not one apology! He states "He wasn't like that when we sold him"~ Sorry to differ Mike I have documentation to prove otherwise! This place should NOT sell animals and should NOT be in business to think it's OK to sell a sick animal to a young boy! My parents paid almost 300$ for everything and I've already paid another 300$ in Vet bills~ Now I just hope he actually lives!
