We took our puppy to this location for the 2nd round of vaccinations. Without even checking him, they said he had a fever and told us that they couldn't see him. Immediately following the appointment at Petco, we took him to the emergency pet hospital and turns out he was just fine. No fever at all! I don't know if they didn't want to see him or if they aren't even equipped with real professionals on certain days, but I won't ever take an animal to the Hesperia location. I would recommend that if you do take your pet there for any reason, and they give you a makeshift diagnosis, please get a second opinion. The store is neatly kept and the prices are a little high. Of course the prices applies to all locations.

Took my dog here after he was being rehomed to me and I was a little nervous and embarrassed because he was so dirty I felt bad for how much work he was going to be but FELICIA was the sweetest person ever she was so friendly and welcoming she seems to really love her job and when she came out with my dog I was expecting to hear some feedback about him being difficult but she had nothing but good things to say about her experience with my doggy. I love that she also shared some silly details about my dog during his process here are some before and after pictures to show just how good she did!!

Felicia did a FANTASTIC job on my little corgi! Groomed him very well, trimmed his little booty amazingly, and even added a bandana on him! She sprayed him with a perfume that smells amazing! He smells to fruity and looks so spiffy! The first time since we left Washington! Totally recommend Felicia! :)

Had a good visits my first stop here, but the second time wasn't as good. The employee that Helped me was spouting false info about stressing out fish the whole time; while she continues to put all the fish from different tanks in the same bag. it's nice when people offer advice but when it's jst flat wrong it can potentially harm people/pets that aren't as educated.

I love Petco...spend lots & lots of money there every month, but, on the app where I used to save lots of money , they are making it harder to gain "rewards" such as bags of food. They added "notches" onto how many bags you need to buy "before a free,one " . I think they added two more , which means I won't get a free bag of food until another month ...please change back what you originally had Thank you

This is my local petco and i'm a loyal customer so I come here quite often for all my pets needs and extra things. I went here once again for a bag of dog food and a pack of super worms for my bearded dragon. I grabbed the 25 count of worms and that'll last us 4 - 5 days (keep in mind I count how many worms my pet eats) This specific container I grabbed only had 10 worms in it. I literally just bought this 2 days ago! Total rip off, im paying over $5 for 25 worms in a container and you give me 10 worms??? Ridiculous.

Poor management. Always in line for 20 minutes and employees are rude impolite and not worth my time. Manager is difficult to ask a question to. And she gives you a dirty look. Better off going to PetSmart

I always enjoy coming to Petco. Friendly staff, very nice store but unfortunately, I always leave empty handed because their stuff is soooo ridiculously expensive. And, disappointingly, Walmart had more selection for chicken products than Petco did.

My mom make an appointment for my dog to have a spa day and on the morning of his appointment I received a call from Angel. I missed the call and immediately called back in less than a minute. Angel answer the phone and told me she canceled my appointment. I asked her why and she said because I didn't confirm and then I asked her how did you fill my appointment in less than a minute. She then got an attitude and told me it wasn't her problem. I then told her WOW that's rude and asked to speak to her manager. I was placed on hold and after about two minutes was hung up on. I called back and she answered the phone again. She proceeded to tell me that they could get my dog in at 11 instead of 1030. I said OK that will work and decided I wasn't going to pursue talking to her manager after this. Later on that day I received a call from the veterinarians hospital stating that my dog had to have stitches in his ear because Angel cut him. Nobody from Petco contacted me when this happened and i've been waiting for two days now to hear from Donald the store manager but nothing. Animals are like family members and when you trust them with somebody you wanna believe that they didn't intentionally hurt your animal because they were having a bad day or you pissed them off.

GUS from Petco is awesome he's very knowledgeable and very attentive to customers. He seems to really help and make sure you get what you are looking for.. HIGH FOBE GUS AND THANK YOU SO MUCH...
