Clean facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Melinda is our favorite groomer. :)
Update 2024: Melinda moved, now we only go to Felicia or Shelby. They both make sure your double coated dog is fully dry when you get them back.

Always well stocked and clean. I'm always tempting by the pet costumes and clothes. One of my pups got groomed there and he came back so cute and soft.

I took my puppy to get dewormed, and she died the next day?. I would think the vet knew how bad she was. Instead, he said I'll give her deworming medicine and watch her because she has a temperature and sent her home. I would never take any pet here again.

Great little store! Could use more items to be able to find. But sufficient for the basic pet needs. A bit pricey.

We took our puppy Luna in to buy some treats for her 6th birthday, a birthday we never thought we would see after she was poisoned last year and almost didn’t make it, so it is a big deal birthday. The lady at the cash register was very rude to us the entire time. She never greeted us and when we got stuck with her at check out she was not pleasant at all. I have brought her in before and they love to see Luna. The guy how was there talking with another customer who was buying a turtle was so kind I wish we had gotten him.

Cashiers were rude. Rolled eyes when asking for help. They lost out in 300 dollars in sales due to the attitude. Store is very dirty , not organized. If i could 0 stars i would But to leave a review had to leave something
