The law is clear on how housing deposits can be used and your rent can only be charged for the days you have possession not for losses during or prior to the lease up process.

Just rented an apartment one month ago. Really enjoy it. Air Conditioner is very cold during record heat wave. Place is clean and neat, repairs done promptly. Very friendly staff. TV and internet good.

We’ve been here a year. The office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. And maintenance is usually very quick. Most times same day longest we’ve had to wait was 2 days for something minor.
Very happy living here.

Great customer service. Pet friendly. Clean properties. Well maintained. Affordable. Allows you to pre-apply and get on a wait-list. Very nice apartment homes. Great site management. Laundry facility on site, easy to use. 16 different properties to meet your needs or budget. I highly recommend them!

This is the worst place I have ever lived. when we first moved in the place was infected with roaches. A year later our bedroom was completely flooded for two week. I have videos and photos. I asked for new carpets and padding since they were deteriorating and smelled of strong mold and was just ignored and nothing was done. The bathrooms are filled with black mold as well as all the air vents. My whole family is sick and undergoing blood test for mold exposure. now we have a rat infection that they did nothing about. They ate threw our ceilings and we had to catch it. The attic is full of rat dropping and pee which is a hazard to my daughter with asthma. The whole apartment smells of rotting rat because one is dead up there. I have complained to the BBB to try to get a resolution but the company has ignored me and is now having the manager at the property harrass me and try to come into our apartment illegally saying she gave us notice when we have on camera she did not. This is the most unprofessional disgusting place I have ever stayed especially for the price.

I’ve lived here over 5 years and honestly the management cares very little about very serious problems. I’ve had my car stolen and broken into so many times I can’t even count, when I called to let them know they told me it’s my problem and I need to call the police. Fair enough, When someone was out In the parking lot bugging people and trying to break into cars Rim was notified but said NOTHING to anyone and I found out from calling them the next morning to report my car being tampered with and they said they already knew someone was out there. There are kids and families that live here and no one thought about warning anyone? They’re okay about their service requests and amenities but when it comes to anything else you’re 1,000% on your own. Any of your property gets stolen and or damaged? Call the police. Rim properties doesn’t wanna hear it trust me. They don’t want to have a safe community they would prefer you just pay rent.

Absolutely do not move to any of the properties, you will be harassed, lies will be made up about you, you will get 3 day notices for any and everything. If you have kids, stay further away from these properties, they hate kids and will constantly lie on the children. I have been harassed since the day we moved in. They will say they have "everything on camera" until you request to see the footage. I have been lied on by neighbors and the police where called on a false accusation. They let some families do certain things like park in visitor spots, while others cannot. Property managers live on site and they will stalk you. They are incompetent and the owner won't do anything to help, he just defends his incompetent employees.

I have been harassed by the on site manager since the day I moved in. Multiple false accusations in the attempt to harass me. As well as being stalked outside of the property, which they have admitted to. Have been advised to file a police report and restraining order. The office has been notified on multiple occasions and they have done nothing about it. If there was anywhere to move to I’d be gone already.

Honestly a great place to live. I feel management does what they can and they are only following the laws when it comes to the few residents that get upset. When my water heater went out, they replaced it with an amazing new one, when my neighbors complain about my dogs, we are able to speak about it and correct the issue. I feel they treat everyone fairly and Taryn has always been amazing and she does care and does her job well! Also in a great location for shopping and schools. Free tv and internet with spectrum. Washer and dryer hook-ups and when you actually call in an issue within the first minutes to hours the maintenance team will be there. They have anywhere from 1-3 bedrooms available. I’ve had my up’s and downs but ultimately I am an understanding person that knows that you won’t always get what you want when you need it but knowing that the team does do their best to assist even when residents are super rude and nasty towards them gives me peace. Pearl and Amber are also amazing and super sweet

Manager is super petty, will give you a 3-day notice for any little thing. No parking for residents. They will increase your rent about 2x a year and it WILL be more than 10% each time. Super small condo. I can hear my neighbors. The inside of the condo is so hodge podge, things will fall apart and break and then they will charge YOU knowing they did not properly fix the problem from the last tenant. No pools allowed in front OR back yard (tiny patio).The only reason I gave 1 star is because of my neighbors, we sit and laugh about management and how they run things. You know like a police officer who takes his job WAY TOO SERIOUSLY. Low budget condos trying to be high end. Do not recommend.
