There was a person loitering, smoking a cigarette near the gas pumps, attendant there didn't bother to say anything to the individual. Be safe

Gas station attendant named Damante tried to fight me in the parking lot because he was upset that he had closed his cash register down before the end of his shift and I came in for a purchase. Once he got aggressive I called the police and afterwards he tried to start a physical altercation. Another worker Jeff was there and did absolutely nothing to deescalate the situation or help me as a customer in any way. I made a police report and will be calling the corporate offices.

I visited this gas station for a car wash, and I was pleasantly surprised. The car wash was thorough, leaving my vehicle spotless. The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect score for value is because it's a bit pricier than some other places, but the quality of the wash is worth it. I'll definitely be back when my car needs some TLC.

The manager Jay is absolutely the best! Always so bright and friendly! Great customer service. Store is clean and organized. She knows her stuff no matter what it is. I go to this gas station just to see her friendly face.

Doors locked in the middle of the day. For over 20 minutes. I literally got gas across the street and now in waiting to see how long it takes for them to get back.Edit its been an hour and 15 minutes with the door locked. 6 customers came and left and there's not a single SHELL employee around.

I just want across the street after standing in front of a locked door for 20 minutes. Their gas station was closed but I gave them 5 stars because they're not advertising 24hr service.

Very poor service. The man with dreads that works nights has a terrible attitude. Every time I go in there it seems like I'm taking up to much of his time. I have to ask my total three times because he mumbles it so quiet and then laughs in my face. I use to come here almost every night but I started going across the street because of his terrible attitude and the way he laughs like it's funny. I tried it again tonight, after 2 weeks and I regret it.

Wow, so I just went to the Shell station on Ranchero and 7th to cash-in a $3 lotto ticket for a couple replays. I scan my tickets on my phone. So, I give the lady my ticket and she scans it and says "Not a winner" and expects me to toss it by leaving it with her. I take the ticket back and go to my car to get my cell and go back in and show her how the ticket scans on the app and she is speechless and takes the ticket back and scans it again and I finally get my replays from her. If she scanned the ticket correctly the first time, it did not say "Not a winner" which means she is a f'n liar. Might seem petty over $3, but if she continues to screw people out of their money, it will add up over time. Unbelievable.
