The staff here has been extremely helpful to me, even when I wasn't an active customers. T-Mobile has some decent service deals if you are shopping around. This store is an actual T-Mobile owned branch, which is important. NEVER go to a franchise branch. They are not obligated to honor the same deals, including refunds and returns. I learned my lesson the hard way. The only downside to this particular T-Mobile store is there is almost always a wait, albeit a short one. Otherwise, this is the store to go to in the Victorville - Hesperia region.

Don’t come to the T-Mobile store go to Apple Valley Victorville customer service sucks if you see Christopher Robinson get help by someone else.. and the manager sucks to get someone else

My bill changes every month supposed to be 70 it's 90 one month then keeps changing don't belive when they say it's unlimited internet service sucks

Chris took the absolute best care of my family and I. He was not only extremely courteous and pro-active in figuring out what we needed help with, but was also very knowledgeable and efficient. Give this man a raise! ?????? We’ll definitely come back!

Hello the story was very clean. Very nice and organized. I waited maybe three minutes to get help when Mr. Jareol shut up and he asked me how can I help you? I told him I’m here to pay my cell phone bill and he said show me the problem at all he took care of. It asked me how else can I help with looking for some Internet service which I totally got but the young man is very helpful. Very respectful. Super cool guy. Thank you T-Mobile.

Truly places like this should get a zero star.. a manager was helping a man when I walked in. However finished helping him looked at me then walked to the back set for over 45mins currently still sitting and can’t get assistance with a screen protector replacement mind you I’m a current business customer and am sitting here listen to these 3 sales people making deals with 20% off bills ect that I have never been offered ect and it makes me wonder why is that.. again the manger was helping a Hispanic make them is offering/approving these deals to Hispanic men but not me… pure disgusting and I definitely feel disrespected and discriminated..

This place is shady as!Went there for a screen replacement. They couldn't find my or my mother-in-law's accounts. Dude was really frazzled when we tried to get any info from him.The place didn't have good T-Mobile service. Only one bar? Really?Boo!

T mobile service sucks ass. I haven't had internet in 5 months and when I call the customer service like they keep giving me the run around like they can fix it but every single time it's the same shit !!! They walk me through the same steps and nothing works !! On top of that you can barely understand the people they have answer these phones which is very annoying. My issue is still unresolved I'm paying full price for having no internet every month and the only reason I haven't cancelled is because I'm paying on phones !!!
