I've been coming to this location for years as I live nearby. I used to go to the one in Victorville but since they shut it down I've been going to this location as it's the closest to me. It used to be a decent Target, but as of late, it's been horrible. My last trip, the carts are nowhere to be found in the corral. We had to walk outside to get one. The store's inventory is constantly low. And that's everything, from bad grocery selection to pokemon cards. The self checkou5 had a line wrapping around into the isles and only 4 registers open with those lines also leading into the isles. You might think I'm crazy for saying this but as of late Walmart has had better inventory. I won't be going to this location anymore until they get their stuff together. On the bright side, the employees are respectful and helpful. Unfortunately this is the only good thing I can say right now. Side Note: I work construction for Target and have seen many Targets all over Southern/ Northen California. I compare the ones I see to this location and this one is one of the worse I've seen.

Mediocrity at its best. Long lines at checkout and more than half of the self checkout terminals not logged in. Shopping carts filthy. Staff were reasonably friendly. Convenient parking. And there are electric vehicle chargers in the lot. Selection is average target, but happy to see everything is not locked up. Prices are the same as they are everywhere.

This target is awful. I don't know who is managing it or filling orders, but they're not doing a good job. Everytime I go in to this target, it's always low on stock of children's items... and bullseye items. They constantly change where they're putting the clearance clothes. Some are in the department they're from and others get moved all together with every clothing department (gender/sizes) on the same racks. I'm not sure why they even have a cafe anymore. It's 2023 and you can't buy a fountain drink there STILL. The area that was once for the cafe is for the curbside pick up now. It's an eye sore, it looks extremely cluttered. They don't sell icees anymore, and they usually don't even have the Pizza Hut items out or a worker there. Half the time the cafe is closed.

if I can give 1 star I would I always shop target espec drive thru pick up my favorite normally no problems but today was the worst experience when I came to pick up my item the worker Jorge approached my passenger side window and in the process of me telling him to come to the driver side he started banging on my window with his scanner then he proceeded with an attitude to my driver side and asked for the code with an nasty attitude after given the code he just stood there so I asked fir my items and he said with a attitude that it would of been faster had I had an working window tried calling to report to the manager on duty but no avail will be contacting corporate

Maria provided great customer service to our family today. I am a veteran, and in the Target app, I was given 10% off for two purchases between 10/29 and 11/11. After my items were rang up, I wasn't sure if my 10% had been accounted for. Maria was kind and patient and said it hadn't been accounted for. She asked me to open the app, and she asked permission to touch my phone before she swiped and showed me where the offer had to be activated by me. Then she scanned the barcode in the app, and I saw the discount applied. I appreciate Maria's patience and respect. She didn't just put her fingers on my phone, she asked for permission. She's definitely a rare gem. When I left the store, I looked at my receipt and realized I had been charged twice for toilet paper, and we had only purchased one. I returned to the store (about three minutes later) and explained the situation. Customer service was efficient, and completed my refund since I was incorrectly charged for two. Thank you, Target, for allowing my family and I to purchase items in a clean store and feel respected while we did it. On another note, it was pretty cool to see the samples of cat food and chocolate being offered at the front of the store near produce. Thanks again.

Literally sent 2 hours trying to get a hold of someone in HR to ask about my application and when I finally got through they told me that they couldn't do anything over the phone. I've never had a problem applying to a target before until today was met with terrible customer service and the person who answered the phone was upset that my call finally went through. Come on target step it up!

I really like Target. The store is just my type of store to shop in. It's clean, it's neat, it has good options and the quality of a majority of their items are just ideal for me. Targhe' is definitely in my top 5 fav stores to shop in general.

This is by far the worst store I have ever been in!!!! I'm looking around for someone to help me in one of the departments, and I get told, "oh let me go look for the person that's in this department",so you know where this is going...and then no one ever comes to help me. So I start walking around and I see a group of people in red shirts talking to each other as if they're on break. I approach one of them and they said let me radio for somebody to come help you. And it looks like they get on their radio to do so, but then they leave and walk away. of course I never have gotten any help. They clearly do not have the customer in mind and are quite comfortable lying to your face. They pair as if they want to help you, but it's all smoke and mirrors. I also passed by a group of target employees who were laughing and having a great time making fun of what sounded like another employee there. One of them in the group look like a manager. The store is horrible. They have some employees that seem to actually care and are kind but that seems to be few and far between. Do yourself a favor and go to the apple Valley store or the Jess Ranch store. Yes, you may have to drive a little bit farther or go to a smaller store, but they actually seem to give a crap about the customer. I think it'll be sometime before I ever go back into this one.

Their drive up is the worst I've ever experienced. Every time I come here, they're packed at the drive up but literally no one will be out there handing out orders. Then they start setting up their e-z up which i get, it's hot, but I don't think it takes 4 people to set it up. Meanwhile all the drive up spaces are taken and cars all around have their hazards on because they're waiting for orders too. I had to go inside after 40 minutes of waiting. Then I find someone doing drive up, give her my info and she says "looks like you've only been waiting 22 minutes" excuse me? It had been 40, but I even if it was 22 minutes, that is still a long time for drive up. I could've done my shopping in that time. I do the drive up for the convenience of my medical condition. I finally ended up meeting a competent young lady at the order pickup who was fast, extremely nice and very apologetic. The rest about this target sucks. Won't be coming back. I shouldn't have had to come inside after waiting 40 minutes for 10 items. Absolutely ridiculous. Whoever is managing this place deserves to be fired too. It's a circus in there.

Good Luck trying to get ahold of this store. I've called 22 times today no answer and I have tried numerous departments. Finally called corporate for them to help me, then call the store again later in the day and no answer again. This happens Everytime I've ever tried to call..

So beyond unprofessional. One of the worst Targets Ive been too. Workers look miserable, only about 2 front lanes actually open, the cafe rarely will have food ready, deli food looks like its been sitting there, isles are either messy or not stocked, I could go on and on. To top it off some of the workers look sick and sound . If you are sick STAY HOME. Call out!!!! Dont go to work and infect your coworkers and the people shopping .

I came here today while passing through to pick up a few items. The store overall was very clean and organized and easy to figure out where everything was despite the layout being different than my normal target. The cashier who helped me, Cari was extremely kind and quick at getting customers out. Even when a customer who was waiting next to her because she forgot her card was being irate and yelling at her she still continued to be professional and kind to the lady. The cashier handled the situation better than I ever would have, and it definitely deserved to be recognized!
